Admittedly I’m really bad at the instant puddle trick. I recently won an abyss QM, so you know nothing high tier, the survs weren’t all terrible and it was a good match overall but I won in the end. I had the prisoner (who was a good kiter, he did really well) tell me in post that naiad is the most annoying hunter and then “sorry, but she takes no skill”. Which I thought was kinda funny because A) I was playing her for my fun not theirs and B) while Naiad is most assuredly a strong hunter and yes it can be easy to down survs - especially when they choose to run in my water thereby drowning themselves - I still think she takes game sense and strategy. As for the instant puddle trick if I get too caught up in trying to follow the surv they can just transition away from me and my harpoon. Thereby making it easy to avoid drowning especially in a good kiting area because I don’t always pay attention to sealing of my walked water. Or if I get too impatient and pull back my harpoon at the wrong angle making it easy to escape. I think all hunters can be seen as easy to use if used by a knowledgeable person. I lose against survs a tier level higher than me often when I do hunter rank. Because I don’t practice with her enough against skilled survs to be able to win all the time.

Imagine a oval, bleber already make ½ oval when surrounding the wall, when bleber using the harpoon, the harpoon complete the another ½ oval so the water get completed.. sorry if I'm still can't explain it clearly

Think of it this way. There are two sources of making a puddle. Yourself when you walk around, and the harpoon that you throw and call back. Keep that in mind. With that knowledge, there are three ways you can create a puddle zone. 1. You walk in a circle and create a puddle, which can either be quickly or a long time depending how big the circle is. Great for pressuring survivors who try to rescue if done correctly. 2. You throw your harpoon, move around to make the area as big as possible, and then you call it back. That will enclose the area you created and make a puddle. Great for setting up big puddle zones around ciphers or stopping harass survivors like Forward, Batter, and Enchantress since that means they risk taking damage from the puddle if they stay too long. 3. 0:33 Shown here. You walk around one side, and then you throw your harpoon to close the puddle area you want to create without having to manually walk there yourself, since your harpoon also creates water when you throw it. It's great when you see survivors trying to loop you, and it forces them to leave the area. Plus, you can easily catch up to them while in Swimming mode since you don't have to call back the harpoon after creating the instant puddle.
