Ran motor grader, for probably 25 years or more wish I had a camera back then I enjoy watching you throw the camera underneath and watching how the material moves Icandy for an old equipment operator. Good content as usual. This going to seem strange to most people but the following are the things I like watching the most (favorite starting at top of list):😂 Your overview of the plan of the day. Installing pond overflows. Installing culverts. Building roads. Putting in pond dam core trench. Using the motor grader. Putting in riprap. Taking down large trees. Stumping. Clearing in time lapse. Stacking the fires. Building dams. Digging basements. Pond dredging. Moving dirt with the 550 (it’s only at the bottom because you don’t have it anymore😊). I like everything you do, but it’s a little strange of what I like the most. 😂

Good job getting this done before the rain. You do such awesome work, it's a joy to watch. And the purring of your machinery is so soothing. Thanks for sharing it, Chris.

What a great job you are doing! I have never seen anybody be able to manipulate and move the ground in earth like you do and the trees it is a great pleasure to watch what you do and how you do things and congratulations to the new equipment that you have purchased, what a great addition to your family fleet! It's a good feeling when more is done than thought possible in a day - achieved lots. Bit sketchy on one of those backing up the backfill soil heap - held my breath but you realized soon enough and repositioned.

You said the Magic words a "good truck driver" can run up there and dump it into a giant pile. Beautiful job on the road. One Man crew showed up for work expecting a storm but He is the storm. Get er done. Good video Chris.

When the footings are in and cured the ICF builds go up fast, almost like magic. Once all the re-bar is tied in place and the window frames in place then the concrete core is usually done in a day using a concrete pump. Then it will really start to look like a house!

It’s fascinating to watch all the controls in action on the motor grader

I haven't seen a road grader used like that since I was a kid in the late 60's when they built the highways through here . The only time you see one being used around here is by one of the towns as a paver. I call it The Town Of Union Paver . They use it to skim over rough spots on their roads . It has a hopper under it that they load with asphalt and then put down a thin layer to smooth up section of road. The only problem is those tires make noisy annoying vibrations when you drive over the road. They don't roll out but, it does a pretty decent job

It's amazing how many soil types you have on the land.

Oh sometimes you make me nervous dumping the truck. Lol. So enjoy watching you work.

Solid progress there Chris, nice job on the road in particular. Is the grader the quietest machine in the fleet❓Certainly that and the skid steer seem to make the biggest visual impacts on road ways and other flat areas when you run them. An orange grove, lemons figs etc etc around that lake.. well it is almost a mediterranean climate and screw that grass the trees will give enough shade for a camomile lawn or other exotic ground cover there and then just imagine the wow factor of Jeff's Lakeside bar and grill called the letsdig.

Mr B needs to mark all those burial sites for ash & roots & stuff, as in four or five years time, he can dig them up as soil improver, which he very much needs...😉🙃

😂hi Chris as always love watching your videos I have seen everyone. When using the excavator you givexa cometary and I understand your reasoning. Perhaps some commentary while you use the dozer would help me understand what you are trying to do. It would be interesting to compare total running costs , between the used 220 and the new 220 after 1 year allowing for breakdowns and allowing for depreciation. Buying the 330 came as a surprise.
