thank you so much, genuinely; i try my best to explain things in ways that are not only beneficial to learning a specific song, but helpful in learning things that will be very prevalent throughout one’s guitar journey. simultaneously i just really like helping others find a passion for music lol so i guess it because of that i like going the extra mile when teaching. anyway thank u truly

it’s the tuning of the guitar, typically you’re tuned to 440 hertz, this song is 10 hertz higher in pitch meaning each string is raised about a quarter semi tone in pitch

@Eyesaremosaics949 it’s still tuned EADGBe. you need to download a tuner app that allows you change the pitch by changing the hertz; that’s what i did atleast. fyi it’s not inherently NECESSARY to tune it higher for it to sound right, it just allows you to play along to the song and have it match
