He had such a good sense of understanding: When to hold his ground as the opponent comes in and he times his shots to intercept the opponent as they are coming in to land their own but he's so hyper focused on that his will be more impactful and it really was true for a huge majority of his main career run. He's such a talented individual. Whether you like him or not, or no matter what you think about his stats compared to other's, you gotta admit that this dude really showed us something new and unique in this sport that we've never really seen before. That's what's so unique about McGregor. Just different level of striking, distance, timing, speed, accuracy understanding and abilities.

I think he had the most unorthodox style of fighting I've ever seen..he bounces in n out and you never know exactly what you're going to get hit with.. a true master and very effective fighter..he will go down as one of the greatest of all time... EASILY.

looking at conor mcgregor's fights, I noticed the advantage he had for being left-handed, you can see that when the opponent strikes with his right hand, mcgregor is free to counterattack with more speed and precision, taking advantage of the advantage of his left hand, which is more effective. The fact that most opponents are right-handed means that the hand that attacks most often will always be the right. McGregor has always used this to his advantage to land accurate blows to knock him out with his left hand. In addition to using his right hand a lot to predict the movement of his opponents, he always has his right hand in front of the opponent. He applied low blows and quick kicks, catching his opponent by surprise. Without a doubt, he was one of the UFC fighters who tended to be very unpredictable and dangerous, from the beginning of his career until his peak. As he once said: precision beats power.

I wish that were true. But the way he did everything with Dustin Poutier was an embarrassing display of an over the top ego. I wish he will come back humbled. He needs to stop the shit talking for awhile, then he will gain respect and the true momentum to become world champion again, and defend that title. I pray he truly becomes humble. Because the only way he has at willing. His built up Karma is what destroyed him. Perfect example: Tells the world and Dustin that he will be leaving on a stretcher... Conor is the one who ends up leaving on a stretcher.
