i don't think anyone comes close, an arguement can be made for will Jordan maybe ,or Damian Penaude, but i think with Jordan it's still to early i his international career to telll if he'll be one of the greats and Penaude is good but Kolbe like in the title is a freak athlete and will most definitely go down as one of, if not the best winger in the modern game, period!! his talent, skill and his unequalled step make him a force of nature just like the goats of the past, Lomu and Habana, were forces of nature in their time... plus its CHESLIN freakin' KOLBE we're talking about, a two time world cup winner, nobody has him beat in the silver wear department, except the 2011-2015 All Blacks but they're not relevant to this argument.

@@user-nk9cw5md8l it's a team sport, individually, Cheslin would step Penaud all day and make him eat grass, we don't have flair in our game which prevents Kolbe from getting more tries, but with Manie Libbok at our helm, Kolbe can get more, but I think Kurt-lee Arendse will be the one to break Habana's record!!
