इस वीडियो में डॉ. धनंजय चव्हाण ने Pigmentation को कम करने के लिए क्या आहार(Diet) होना चाहिए है और कौन कौनसे Vitamin Pigmentation कम करने के लिए उपयुक्त होते है इसके बारे में बताया है|
१) आपके डाइट में संतरा, फल, नींबू, कीवी, स्ट्रॉबेरी, पपाया इस का सेवन होना जरुरी है|
२) विटामिन A, विटामिन इ, विटामिन डी & B12 की आहार में Pigmentation को कम करने के लिए जरुरी है|
३) गाजर, अंडे, हरी सब्जिया, दूध, sweet potato ये विटामिन A के स्रोत है और बादाम, पालक इसमें विटामिन इ होता है|
४) विटामिन B12 की deficiency की वजहसे ankle, knuckle और elbow पे pigmentation होता है|
५) B12 में Vegetarian लोगों के लिए दही, दूध, चीज़, मशरूम ये स्रोत है और Non-Vegetarian के लिए अंडे, चिकन, मटन या फिश Hyperpigmentation को कम करने में मदद करता है|

In today’s video, we will discuss the diet you should follow if you want to reduce the pigmentation on your skin.
So first let’s talk briefly about what skin pigmentation is.
Our body has a lot of genes that may directly or indirectly affect our skin color. The color of our skin is determined by a brown pigment called melanin which is produced by skin cells called melanocytes.
People with fair skin have lesser melanin than people with darker skin. Excessive melanin can cause hyperpigmentation or extreme darkening of the skin. Conversely, extremely low levels of melanin can cause hypopigmentation.
There can be many causes of pigmentation such as
Internal factors like hormonal changes, Diseases like jaundice or Addison’s, and even Pregnancy and even If you have had any injury or an increase in stress levels or Higher exposure to the sun your skin may get pigmented.
So now let’s discuss what kind of diet you should follow.
Include fruits like oranges, lemons, guavas, kiwis, strawberries, and papaya in your diet as these fruits are rich in Vitamin C. Vitamin C is essential to keep your skin healthy as it has tyrosinase inhibitors that control the excessive production of melanin, especially if you spend a lot of time in the sun.
Also, foods that contain tyrosine, copper, or other nutrients that may increase melanin, like peanuts, almonds, dried beans, dark leafy vegetables, bananas, should be consumed in lesser quantities. Vitamin C helps in the production of collagen tissue and elastin in the skin. Vitamin C also has antioxidant properties that give a healthy glow to the skin.
Including foods rich in vitamin A such as carrots, eggs, sweet potato, milk, and vegetables is also very important.
Vitamin A is beneficial to the overall health of your skin but its specialty is that it can lighten skin that has become tanned or pigmented because of the sun.
Vitamin A is available as oral supplements and topical creams as well.
Your diet should also include sunflower oil, almonds, and spinach as these foods have Vitamin E. Vitamin E has antioxidant properties.
It also protects our skin from the photo damaging effects of the sun.
Quite often, our ankles, knuckles, and elbows become pigmented due a deficiency of Vitamin B12.
Vitamin B12 is available in small quantities in vegetarian food like curd, milk, cheese, cereal, mushrooms, nutritional yeast, algae, or fortified food, eggs, chicken, mutton, and fish.
This vitamin helps in reducing hyperpigmentation and also regulates melanin production.
A balanced diet should have all these necessary vitamins in correct proportions. A lot of skin pigmentation problems arise due to vitamin deficiencies caused by an imbalanced diet.
The dietary changes we discussed today help in increasing the strength and immunity and helps the body to fight against the triggers responsible for skin pigmentation.

I am diabtic 64,march 2020 se mujhe hair colour se alergi ho gai thi .meri breast ke neeche black spots ho gae ..fir arm pits janghon par neck par bhi aa gae..ab legs par bhi aa rahe hn..homyopathy se 3month treatment liya ..koi bhi fayada nahi hua..corona ki wajah se kahin jakar treatment nahi le pa rahi..apani diet ko thik rakha hua h..ple suggest me something🙏

Sir ,muzhe black dark spots hai sir per or nose per or eyes ke one side per ., doctor ko bhi dikhaya unhone ,uv take cream di or melalite cream jo kam.asar dhikha rhi h lekin usame bhai hydroqunine h jo bhoot side effects karta hai or 25 din ka azitrial tab ka course diya or b comlex tab koi si fos tab ka course lekin face dark hi ho rha hai . is bich alovera bhi lagaya lekin sute nah hua chehra kala or padh rha hai. Problem samzh nahi aa rha

सर प्लीज हमें बताएं कि अगर स्क्रीन में पिगमेंटेशन है और वह इसी प्रकार के क्रीम लगाने से नहीं ठीक हो रहा है तो लेजर से या पील ऑफ कराने से क्या वह सच में ठीक हो जाता है यह बात मुझे स्पष्ट जानना है क्योंकि इस बारे में मैं कंफ्यूज हूं क्योंकि कई बार मैंने सुना है लेजर थेरेपी से यानी लेजर ट्रीटमेंट कराने से स्क्रीन और डैमेज हो जाता है कई लोगों के मुंह से मैंने सुना है और कई लोगों का मैंने ऐसा कहते हुए देखा भी है जिनके साथ खुद ही हुआ है तो लेजर ट्रीटमेंट कराने से मैं डरता भी हूं परंतु फिर भी आपके कमेंट बॉक्स में मैंने यह डाला है ताकि आप मेरे सवालों का जवाब दे सकेंगे ताकि मैं सही निर्णय ले सकूं हमें उम्मीद है कि आप मेरा कमेंट पढ़ करके मुझे एक सही सलाह अवश्य देंगे मैं आशा करता हूं कि मुझे मेरा जवाब मिलेगा आप की तरफ से और मैं इसका वेट कर रहा हूं आपसे

Sar mujhe hyperpigmentation mujhe koi bhi cosmetic product bilkul suit nahin karta Koi facial vagaira bhi strong medicine be suit nahin karti hai lotus ki Lakme ki and koi bhi brand ki sanskriti bhi suit nahin karti itching hone lagti hai koi bhi makeup product piece suit nahin karta bahut sensitive Meri mujhe 9 sal se pigment tension ho rahi hai pregnancy ke bad se meri meri life mein kafi problem create ho rahi please reply sir please kuchh advice please please please please

Sir I'm 16 year boy and facing superficial or mild acne and I use facelin . My question is that , as far as I knw my mother also faced this mild acne during her puberty , so is that the I'm facing too due to genes and hormonal fluctuation?
