Magistrate/Munsiff HC will conduct exam every year. District court sometimes HC will select from Judges,or by promotion or by direct exam. HC & SC -everything will be nominated by Supreme Court collegium (top 5 judges)

No,countries have different legal system, Eg:in middle east,they will allow only their citizens to become advocate In Europe we need to pass various exams to enroll in their BAR

Public Prosecutor - dileep example paranjathil... why the personal Advocate of the victim can't advocate? why only PP can advocate ? Is it mandatory that only PP can advocate the case ?

Only PP can advocate behalf of the victim in the court because in a democracy every citizen is the property/asset of the state Therefore any attack against any citizen is considered as attack against community/state
