Good evening, I'm from Panama and here we don't have sleep doctors. A pneumologist made me an sleep study resulting in a prescription of an APAP with nasal mask...But no pressure whatsoever. I had a rental BMI APAP for two weeks, and then changes to my own RESMED Airsense 11, but 95% and average pressures varies a lot between these two machines. And I don't know how to setup my correct pressure because in both cases it was 4-20 cmH²O. What could I do?
