What is internal quality and external quality? When you mentioned DOD is for internal quality completeness

Say we look at phone and how it operates from outside as a user, so all that is external quality , now you open the phone to fix some issues and see it was made nicely inside for engg, that is internal quality. Usually the DoD ensure both but yes more focus on Internal.

I m appearing for pmi pba on monday trying to fill gaps. I love all ur videos. I need to know in Predictive and Agile which stakeholders approve the acceptance criteria defined by BA?. My understanding Is acceptance criteria is approved on agile by product owner and on predictive by all Accountanble stakeholder as in RACI and Project sponsor?

Your understanding looks good, and additionally you can also consider Product Owner also doing job of Business Analysis in case of Adaptive Life Cycle. Best of luck for your PMI-PBA exam.

@@hassani6955 usually people find lots of Questions around Requirement Traceability Matrix . So that is one topic i recommend looking carefully

@@izenbridge Thank You I passed the PMI PBA exam. Indeed RTM had around 10 questions and more came from Acceptance Criteria. It was a balanced questioning from all different topics. Solution Evaluation was very confusing as it was mainly about IT solution some topics like design, interface, software integration etc
