Handicapped means .....the person is unable to use that particular part of the body bcoz it is damaged.....and faces the problem in doing the job of his or her interest. If you remember ... Safa... government gives the Handicap certificate showing the percentage of Disability in a person.... therefore Handicap is a broader term...in camparison of Impairment and Disability. I hope you have understood now 🙏😊

Hi Abhishek... As per the new act a person must have 40 percent disability in only the types defined by the govt. Asymmetric face with no functional problem does not come under and disability.

Do not agree with this Priyanka.. we have really graduated to ahuman rights model where we propagate that Handicap is not a function the individual.. but due to the barriers that are placed by the society. Lets take the example of the driver.. Having lost his limbs,, he has a an issue driving the car the way non disabled people drive, ( do use the word Non disabled instad of Normal) but there are many who get thier cars modified and dirve it with their hands.. If i want my disabled chid to go to school , having passed the entrance exam, if the principal denies the admission, then it is the school and the attitude of the principal which is handicapping my disabled child. I am Ritika Sahni and have been workin in the field of disability for 30 years. I run Trinayani and would love to support any video content you might want to make around disability issues. गंगा राम प्रजापत बांदरा जिला बाडमेर राज्य राजस्थान में 42 प्रतिशत विकलांग हूं मुझे लोकों मोटर स्थायी प्रमाणपत्र जारी किया गया है और मैंने 2009/2010मे कश्मीर विश्वविद्यालय के सरफराज कालेज में नियमित रूप पढ़ाई की और मैं बीएड की परीक्षा में शामिल हुआ था और मुझे उस समय सवा लाख रुपयों का खर्चा लगा हुआ है और मुझे अभी तक बीएड की अंकतालिका नहीं मिला है और कालेज वाले संतोषजनक जवाब नहीं देते हैं और आप मेरे को पूरी जानकारी दो कि मुझे जिंदगी का सवाल है कि आप मेरे सही मार्गदर्शन करें क्योंकि मैं आपका इंतजार कर रहा हूं कि आप मेरे को पूरी जानकारी दो
