Bro Single largest Party Cannot form the government without 50%seats +1 either in central or State. When there is situation where no party is in place to form the government then the President/ Governer will appoint the Single largest party member as PM/CM,but after that there will be Confidence motion will be passed in the loksabha/ State Assembly.If the Confidence motion is passed then the government will survive,if not government will collapse and re election will be done.To pass the Confidence motion atleast 50%+1 loksabha MPs must be Voted in favour.So Single largest party cannot form the government, Anyone who has 50% + 1 loksabha MPs Can form the government irrespective of there parties
