So... I got a couple of these to use on my solar system. One of them is backwards on instead of being off when green its red when its off. And then when I switch it to green its flowing power. The others are all different than that where red means power is on or 'hot'. What do you do to fix it when they are backwards on the on and off switch? And has this happened to others with them having the off and on switch function being backwards?

40A on RCCB told us that we can use the RCCB with Maximum 40A if you flow current more than 40A it terminal will Start heating and it will burn You will not get overload protection by RCCB

Yes, an RCCB is for earth leakage protection only and does not provide over current (overload) protection. You need to watch the whole video again, he explains it very well.

Funny but you don't need every time a full protection (RCBO), or better to create the protection with multiple devices (cheaper if you need to replace the faulty device). In europe a tipical electrical box is the following: 1 or 3 MCB-s (1 or 3 phase) on the electrical company side, then several MCB for the different circuit-s and top of that some RCCB-s, if needed (eg. on the kitcher or bathroom circuits). The client side RCCB-s and MCB-s are swappable in order because you already have 1 or 3 MCB in the circuit (these are the main electrical company MCB-s) so you already have a short circuit or overload protection. If you compare the device prices, one 3 phase 63A RCBO is way more exprensive than one 3 phase 63A MCB + one 3 phase 63A RCCB but if you don't have enough room in your electrical box the RCBO is the only solution if you need ground-fault-protection and overload protection.

Its about cost and requirement. A MCB may be say $7 A RCCB may be $50 A RCBO may be $50 When setting up a house you can use one RCCB to protect multiple circuits. For example you have 4 x 16 amp circuits protected by MCB's (common in my country for power points), you can then protect that with one 63 amp RCCB having a combined cost of $78. VS having 4x 16amp RCBO's costing a combined $200 Now it gets even more complex when you look at fancy RCCB's with Arc detection (AFDD) costing $200-600 each, Thus even more cost savings can be made with not using them for individual over current protection but instead supply protection. You can also get RCBO's with AFDD protection but usually even more costly. AFDD's Arc fault detection devices can detect a smoldering wiring issue where the fault is not high in current but also does not represent the usual power use of a healthy device. They can reduce the chance of fire from wire age or minor damage likely to cause smoldering partial shorts. AFDD's do have limitations when used with critical medical or safety gear due to the very very extremely low chance of false triggering.
