Differences Between Legendary Godzilla and Singular Point Godzilla

Күн бұрынTo those who are not aware of Godzilla Singular Point. It is an upcoming Japanese anime television to be released on Netflix and the series is scheduled to air on Tokyo MX in April 2021. Godzilla Singular Point features a brand new staff and original story which depicts the young geniuses Mei Kamino, a female researcher, and Yun Arikawa, a male engineer, as they take on an unprecedented threat with their companions. Godzilla vs Kong isn’t the only time you will see the Big G in action this year. TOHO has announced and even released trailers for it’s upcoming series called Godzilla Singular point. So yes, there will be two Godzilla 2021s and which one is the better looking of the two is upto you to decide as the preferences are subjective. Beauty lies in the eye of the beholder, except for Kong, Kong would not like Legendary Godzilla at all, he punched him and said yo face ugly bruh! Nah I’m just kidding, both of these Godzillas look good and so we will do a full comparison of the designs of Legendary Godzilla 2021 and TOHO Godzilla singular point.

Singualr point goji has an interesting design. It's definitely true to what we love and know about Godzilla, but part of wishes they did more with the design and not just have it be a mix of legendary and shin, which are among my favorite Godzilla designs. What absolutely works about the design is the sheer mass and bulk, the more menacing face with the tusks and the choice to have actual blood veins in the back spikes of Godzilla was very interesting! I like the design, just not in love with it. Legendary Godzilla (at least 2014), Shin, Millennium, GMK and Heisei are my favorite Godzilla designs.

You don’t like the legendary godzilla King of the monsters/Godzilla vs Kong design honestly I think it improves everything about the 2014 design more muscular(specially on his upper body) thighs slim down and feet less elephant like The only thing I like about 2014 design more is that the tail being more of a whip rather than the traditional Godzilla blunt end of the tail

@@mr.gishere844 the 2019/2021 is good but it's mostly the same as 2014 but the spikes, feet and tail are different, based more on the traditional toho design which is all well and good, but i prefer the more original design of 2014. 2019 literally copied a design choice from past toho characters and being faithful to the source material isn't always the answer, but that's just me.

Nobody is alone on that one. They both has the most amazing designs. Not to mention that despite the different designs, they both really look alike to each other in this comparison. It's just the fact that SP Godzilla is worth to be obsessed with.

2014 Legendary: a very grounded design of Godzilla, even possessing elephantine feet and bear-like combat movement. 2019 Legendary: More faithful to the tokusatsu era. More defined and reptilian physique, rougher exterior. 2021: A step further into 2019's direction, looking like a buffed-up version of Millennium-era amalgamation; a "tyrant" to 2019's "king".

i honestly prefer the sp goji. he is more like a japanese folklore looking monster. also legendary's godzilla is just kinda has a boring design for me... too dull and souless... also kinda stiff when sp goji is festive and roundy and have a design that made with love and caution. so my personal opinion is sp goji is better

Why's his design 'boring'? Was it because of his bulky physique, even though most Godzilla incarnations are bulky? What did you expect? Be as skinny as Zilla? And why's he 'dull and soulless' since he had been fighting monsters, King Ghidorah, the MUTOS and MechaGodzilla, threatening his territory? Plus, this is his most realistic behavior.

love both designs but I do agree with you on the dorsal plates for SP Goji look more intriguing. For me the red lines look like blood vessels or veins that give it a more distinct look, and I'm curious on when he lights up for a blast what the colorization will look like for them.

I love the design of this new godzilla. It looks more realistic than the old rubber suits (not that those were bad or anything), but it also looks monstrous and cool, and it still keeps with the original design for the most part. I don't really like the fangs, and the arms are a little weird, but I'm getting used to them. I can't wait for this to come out
