Friends Mohammed Rafi sahab and music composer C Ramchandra ji have worked together in 33 films. The pair started with the 1946 film Bachchon Ka Khel, This list includes many green movies like, Sajan 1947, Nadiya Ke Paar 1948, Duniya 1949, Roshni 1949, Sargam 1950, Nazrana 1950, Albela 1951, Sagai 1951, Ghunghroo 1952, Kavi 1954, Insaniyat 1955, Barish 1957, Nausherwane Aadil 1957, Amar Deep 1958, Raj Tilak 1958, Paigam 1958, Sarhad 1960, And the last film of this pair was Rootha Na Karo which was released in the year 1970. Why did music composer C Ramchandra try to insult Mohammed Rafi Sahab despite working for so many years, God has given Rafi sahab the respect which no other singer has got. Mohammed Rafi sahib has sung a total of 77 songs in the music of C Ramchandra ji.

रफ़ी साहब जैसा ना कोई था, ना है और ना ही होगा चाहे यह संगीत पर लागू कर लीजिए और चाहे इन्सानियत पर। 65-65, 70-70 साल हो गए हैं लेकिन उनके गाए गए गीत आज भी उतने ही लोकप्रिय हैं जितने उस समय थे और आने वाले समय में भी उतने ही सुने जाएंगे।

God gifted Rafi Sahab "Kisike Mohtaz nahi the" Sun in the sky don't need light from anyone. Rafi Sahab was/is and will be No.1 singer forever! All conflict makers with him were "Looser" Real singing started with Rafi Sahab and ended with Rafi Sahab on 31st July 1980. C Ramchandra was a creative genius who composed immortal melodies. Any serious Hindi film music lover would have certainly heard of C Ramchandra. His melodies with Talat Mahmood and Lata Mangeshkar were far superior to those he created for Rafi.

This is usually a problem with people with multiple ambitions simultaneously. As per the interview given by C. Ramchandra to Ameen Sayani sahab in Geetmala ki Cho me he had initially came to become hero in film but getting bad experience in film he moved to composition. He was also singing OK and some of his songs were very popular so he wanted to avoid competition. He had excellent grasp of music and he himself being a singer and composer must have noticed the talent of Rafi sahab and perhaps attempted to side track him. But he failed to understand Rafi sahab's potential, versatility and ability to transfer the right mood and emotions through song and expertise in classical, ghazal, bhajans and qawwali singing. I always feel great about Rafi sahab as he came from Pakistan but Rafi sahab never felt the need of changing his name which was very rare then. Rafi sahab was almost a monopoly with more than 60% business till 1970. Even one super star of that era never had such luck. Even though there was a fight between Rafi sahab and Lata didi over Royalty and were not singing together but it hardly affected to Rafi sahab and on the contrary share of his songs increased because of many movies of Shammi Kapoor, Biswajeet, Joy Mukharjee during that era. The greatest quality of Rafi sahab was NO EGO and only concentrated on his singing though he acted in one or 2 films and was also advised to act but he opted only for singing.

Javed naseem sahab ne bhut khub is kahani ko pesh kiya .hamne rafi sahab ki bhut si kahaniya unse suni wahi ek shaksh hai jo bilkul theek our sahi batate hai.jisne bhi Rafi saha. K sath galat karna chaha wo khud kuch saal k baad Rafi sahab ki chaukhat pr pahuch gaya koi aisi kahani nhi hai jisme rafi sahab kisi k pass gaye ho Rafi sahab jaisa singar our insan aaj tak paida nhi hua na hoga.

N what a coincidence. All those MDs who tried to ruin Rafi saheb ( C Ramachandra, Salil Chaudhary , Anil Biswas , ) had relatively short career span n faded easily. Even RD Burman who had a longer innings failed badly in his last years

All were great . All had their own talents and unique qualities . They had great respect for each other . Some differences do occur among great personalities but their respect for each other is always very high . Manna Dey Talat Mahmood Hemant Kumar Mukesh Mohd .Rafi Kishore Kumar K. L. Sahgal Lata Ji Asha ji Shamshad Begum Geeta Dutt ,had some very especial qualities of their own . They were and are highly respectable legends . All the music directors and singers were gifted musicians . It is because of them that their era is called the golden era of music .

It is normal for extremely talented people to have big egos. But I feel that both Ramachandraji and Rafi sahab didn't take it too far. पहले रफीसाहब बादमे बाकीके गायक या संगीतकार ऐसा बहुतसी परिस्थितियों में कहना गलत नही होगा ! बस !! नौशादजी तो जोहरी थे और रफीसाहब इस हिरेकी किंमत उन्हें सबसे जादा मालूम थी! जावेद नसीमजी, आपका कथन तो एक नंबरका है!🌹🌹
