Even with this very basic guide to how retribution as a jungler works, my epical glory jungler will still be taking my minion waves before 5th minute mark

I remember when the retribution revamp was first revealed having a 15 KILL COUNTER JUST FOR A LEVEL UP WAS INSANE

Long story short If you want a budget execute, use bloody retribution If you're a burst hero and need more damage, use flame retri If you're a burst hero that relies on sustained dps (ling, natan) use ice retri Bloody retribution is basically glowing wand, use on enemy to do a decent chunk of their health over time Use on heroes that are specifically burst but can't seem to get enough damage to kill, all damage done by bloody retribution will come back and heal you Flame retribution takes some phys atk and magic power from enemy (if it's 0, it'll go into negatives) and add it to your own Use on heroes that are purely burst and that are hard to escape, like yin or martis Ice retribution slows enemies and gives you movement speed based on how much speed was taken Use on heroes that have sustained dps and need to make sure the enemy doesn't get away Edit:^ like lance or anyone without cc

Fun fact: Boots change names depending on the Type of retri Flame retri:Flame hunter (enter name of boots Ex:arcane)boots Ice retri:Ice hunter(enter name too)boots Bloody retri:Behemoth (same as 1and2) boots

I am a jg player and i already know all of this but i still watch it And a tip: if you're in late game and your hero jave mobility sell your boots and buy whatever you want and when the lord spawn you sell you bought item and buy boots to get retri back

The assasin emblem fact is HUGE- now I can use it to solocarry games by 1 shotting the enemies with it

An often overlooked argument on clearing the lanes before min 5 as a jungler is when taking down turrets. When you successfully killed the enemy laner and your teammates are around, it's better to take down the enemy turret with them. You and your laner gain a substantial amount gold from the turret and your laner has a bit more room to harass their counterpart. With the gold advantage and the enemy having nothing to turret hug, makes the match up with the laners more easier. And you don't need to gank as much seeing as they are already ahead of their counterpart, there will be more opportunities for them to help in taking objectives and team fights. And ultimately winning the game.

I know some people already explained in the comments but i think especially for some new people to the game it would make choosing which retri easier since some of us are still not familiar with the 100+ heroes ingame

The flame retribution effects better on those that benefit both magic and physical damage like bane or character that already have slows or CCS that way it's utilize to the fullest

not completely avoid clear minion wave I do recommend, if there ally nearby, it would be nice to help them clear the minion in the first 5 minute when pass by, especially the mid-laner. so they could also able to rotate faster. and besides, they get all the resources too

Hi Elgin, map vision is important right? As well as the vision of minions, turrets and lithowanderer. When switching lanes or roaming anywhere in the map, you can see the "attack distance indicator" of the turrets and minions but we don't know the distance of their vision range. I believe it's not the same as their attack range indicator. Can you upload a content about this so we can avoid being seen when roaming or switching lanes in the map? This is a tactic to prevent skilled players using their map sense and prediction. 🤔

Elgin if you use war axe with full stack the damage of retri can increse by 10% (try it if you dont believe)

There was a glitch i dont know if it is patched or not. Basically zhasks spawn and ult are counted as creep so retri does the same damage as it does to creeps. So if you see zhask using ult use retri on him majority of his ults hp will be gone

I find that julian can make good use of flame retribution because his passive has 100% scaling on both physical attack and magic power. Though ice retribution is still king tbh.

Some mm like granger is good in jungle, but the retri damage from boot will be lower compared to other non-mm user?

sometimes my franco also can steal lord/buff using skill 1,all you need to do is,hold skill 1 and look at the damage it can do,and damage the buff according to the damage ex: Dmg:501 Buff HP:445/10000

I think flame retribution would be better if it stole physical and magic defense while giving you half of it as attack. So -100 phys and magic defense for enemy and 50 phys and magic attack for you(?)
