I got you it won't be a video but here's a short summary of prescription analgesics common for diversion. I'm not going to split hairs here and count the oral morphine equivalent but I'll explain how it works so you can figure it out yourself. Additionally, I'll talk about bioavailability of narcotics and why it's important to know as an addict. I was a junkie for five years or so and due to my education in biochemistry I had a much better understanding of the drugs I'd take. Anyways, absolute weakest would be tramadol and codeine. Similar oral morphine equivalent and here's a good time to explain that with bioavailability because they go hand in hand. Bioavailability is an average count of metabolites of a drug after a specific roa (route of administration). Simply put it's rated from 0-100 and most of the roas are Intravenous (mainline shooting slamming), intramuscular (muscling it),oral (taking a pill swallowing solution), intranasal (snorting), transdermal (absorbed through skin), subcutaneous (absorbed through saliva glands in mouth), intrarectal (plugging mud rocket), and inhalation (smoking or breathing aerosolized substances). There's more road but that are the most common and I left some of the more terrifying ones out but if you are curious google "the fast one iv" for some nightmare fuel. So IV almost always has a bioavailability of %100 since it's a direct line into your brain. Most drugs lose some bioavailability with IM due to the substance only able to be absorbed by the brain and cells in your muscles absorb it. Oral morphine applies to the roa oral and taking morphine hydrochloride (not sulfate as that's the ER version) with a bio of around %30. Now on an equianalgesic opioid dosing chart you can compare 1mg oral morphine to other opioids like diacetylmorphine (heroin). It's often 1mg of heroin is 1.5mg-2mg of morphine hence the common statistic 1.5-2x as potent. It scales up and down with morphine sitting in the center as a baseline. Okay I hope that made sense I tried to cut as much technical details out to simplify it. 1mg of codeine is equal to 0.015 mg of morphine. Suboxone is slightly above those two but the data is extremely misleading due to it having two reasons/dosages of prescription. Then youve got you thebaine derivatives like hydrocodone, oxycodone, ect ect. They are generally all in the same ball park. Now we are at morphine strength wise and from here.on out are the big ones. Diacetylmorphine (heroin) as stated about is nearly twice the strength but do not be mislead thinking your street dope is on par with medical morphine. Most dope is cut down to 5-10% purity making it fractionally as strong as morphine. Fentanyl 50x as strong as oral morphine and the same applies about your dope not being pure fent. Carfentanil rated 100x as strong above oral morphine and it was designed to be a biological weapon. I could go into every nook and cranny of different flavors of fentanyl made as of today but that would take way too long. If you don't understand bioavailability it's worth learning as an addict.

The glassy tar is definitely not shitty. The brown gunky crap was almost always awful and dirty. As far as not shooting, you were definitely wasting the vast majority of your dope. When I went from smoking to injecting, I purchased literally half of what I previously did when smoking. Having said that, you were smart not to start banging it. Kratom will help for sure but you may get hooked on kratom. That being said the kratom is cheaper and safer though. I've used it to kick hydromorphone addiction a few times.

You need to probably up your dose to start with. Then change the people and places you associate with your use. Also get a healthy routine. Start exercising, pick up a hobby. Art or music is a good one. And do your counseling. That's important too. You got this. I was a long term IV heroin user. The program will work if you want it bad enough.

Oxycodone is pretty much the same thing as heroin pharmacological. It's potency is similar. You're literally just using another opiate in the same strength category.

My wife and I are crack and heroin addicts. We have smoked china white. Our dope is always clean. We’re smoking some nice brown powder with friends right now. We tried fentanyl for the first time 2 weeks ago when my wife’s girlfriend introduced it to us.
