God bless you my brother! I am also a teacher (maths). I am kind, encourage my students, but I am very strict. I tell them the rules on the first day of school. "Speak and act respectfully", "No talking when I am talking." , etc. If anybody talks when I talk, I stop talking and wait until they are quiet or say, "Hey, no talking" :-)
