Hi Sir the formula indicates that Q=k √∆p but why at the configuration of the transmitter the constant K was not taken into account

The DP is from 0 to 100 mbar, it is a data from the instrument, but how do I obtain the flow data, that is, how did you obtain the measurement from 0 to 100 m3/h????
