the disrespect on trossard has been insane, "5th or 6th attacker." He has been starting games at the end of last season for a reason. how is nobody realizing that he is a better technical winger than martinelli, who is very fast with really good finishing (not so much this season but last season has shown it). the problem with martinelli IN MY OPINION is that he isn't press resistant, he gets dispossessed a lot in tight spaces unlike trossard who is able to feint and escape the press. I'm not saying martinelli is a bad player but i do not get why everybody assumes trossard is just a squad player.

Martinelli's decision-making needs to be better as well imo, when he tries to beat his man and takes a shot instead of a cross or a cut back...when he over dribbles and slows down the play so defenders can recover...needs to be better, that's also a reason why he's not getting opportunities at goal because defenders can predict him..its been his issue for a while and thats what will make him kick on to be the superstar we know he can be

Always spot on. I dont think we need to listen to questions about Partey. A fit Partey is arguably top 5 in the world in his role. We have nursed him back to fitness, he is here now. If we manage him through the off season into pre-season, we will have the best version of Partey when the season opens. If this was up for a vote, I would vote Partey to stay 100%.

What I find amazing is that we have access to the largest talent pool in the UK (London) yet seem to lag many others. I know that we have to compete against other London teams but we are the most supported. I also think it's something that means our brand should be bigger than it is.

We need too sign players too compete too start, then this way you created a world class squad where u can interchange players of equal quality imo. My problem with the 115 charges is that they span a period years ago. Any penalty (on the vague possibility limitless litigation money fails) to man city will not be applied in the last few years and they will argue (and likeky be upheld) that anything done since then was done legitimately - 2023 and 24 are remaining theirs, sorry. I dont think a superstar up front is absolutely needed. Second most goals in the league. I think its more important to be able to build an alternative midfield: Arteta clearly does not trust Vieira and Smith Rowe to start, leaving so little backup for Odegaard and Saka. If Partey is leaving, that also needs to be sorted out. And I retain that we win against Bayern with a fit Partey. I would also like to add that Arteta has gotten way more confident in adjusting the game earlier. Like putting on Zinchenko at half time is something Arteta would NEVER do a couple of years ago.

Jorginho's defensive qualities are not good which means we're totally reliant on rice and we was lucky he didn't get injured or we wouldn't get close to the points we got

Why not sell players who you do not trust to even play 3rd choice, when good offer comes? Vieira, ESR, Nketiah, Nelson will never clock 1k minutes in PL, any good offer and just cut them. If City try to box us in when we have someone fast who can catch them on a turnover then we might get a very different result at the Etihad... Before you say Martinelli, he's really lost a bit of pace since his injury. Trossard doesn't have the pace, nor does Saka, Jesus, Havertz, no. We don't have an extremely fast wide player.
