Does yours have any function on the left joystick buttons? I have two and several Sany folks who tell me they will full lock the aux but don't seem to work that way and the manual says they are not active. Really wish it would activate full flow for my brush cutter. Thumb gets tired and lazy.

@@ShaneBurrell1 no function on the left joystick. Could you use the left foot pedal? The right one moves the boom but I think the left doesn’t have a function

Mine doesn't have a left pedal. Aux 1 for mine are on the right joystick.

@@ShaneBurrell1 I’ll have to check mine. I know both pedals flip up and the right one moves the boom but maybe the left one is just stationary for a foot rest

Shane, on my SY50U there is a valve directly below your fuel filter that will allow continuous flow. Maybe your 35 is similar? Good luck!

I am considering a SY35U…partly because of all of your good reviews!…thanks so much for vids! QUESTION: all the trailers I have or access to are 14’…would I be able to safely haul this with that length?…2 are dump trailers. All three rated at 14,000 lbs so that part isn’t an issue…

I have hauled mine in my 14' OD big tex dump. Weight isn't a problem. My over deck trailer is steep and you have to be careful to block the back of the dump trailer as it put a lot of upward force on the hitch/truck when initially loading. The boom fits in the corner of the trailer. It's not something I do often but it does work. On my JD 27 initial video I show unloading in the dark. A non over deck trailer would be lower and easier to load.

What is the hydraulic valve you put on the boom to switch between different auxiliaries? I was going to purchase a Mongo tilt bucket

I had the dealer install that at purchase. It's a 3 way valve.

@@petevanrooy9680 It was part of the sale as I had an intended purpose for the machine at purchase. I think the valve and fittings are just under $1000k including labor of welding a mounting tab to the machine.

I don't have it but it was a great machine while I had it. Sold during house move. It was always a solid machine and no issues. Sold around the 300 hour mark.

How much whould I be looking at to get a 35? Can the Control pattern be switched from excavator to backhoe controls? I’m looking for a 35 with a thumb.

Mine was aroudn 43k but that was last year. Prices have went up, more so on the JD and Bobcat. It's a great machine and IMHO it's the best value on the market.

Update: 12/23/22 I just got a new price of $39,500 sy35u w/aux hydraulics, bucket, and everything. In Texas.
