I may be more of a Pokemon boy, but Digimon was also a part of my childhood. I remember watching the first series and movie. The friendship between Tai and Yamato stayed with me. Their bond with their partners Agumon and Gabumon, I could say, made a positive impact on my formative years as a kid. So for this year's Plamo project, we decided to build their most popular evolutions, WarGreymon and MetalGarurumon.
Of course, when they're in the scene, Omegamon/Omnimon is sure to follow after! I remember watching the first Digimon movie. Out of the love, friendship, and courage Tai and Yamato have for their partner Digimon, WarGreymon and MetalGarurumon fused and Digivolved together to become Omnimon, finally defeating Diaboromon.
Special thanks to our collaborator @JakeMasca for creating the beats we used to edit the portion at the beginning! We're calling it Build Boxing, which is an evolution of Beat Building. This is just a taste of things to come, so stay tuned ;)
The project took 7 weeks to shoot and 5 weeks to edit.

I don't know what it was about cutting the somewhat softer joint pieces with the side cutters that was just so relatable and soothing at the same time. I think anyone who has assembled a kit knows what it's like twisting it and dealing the the rubberiness and the excess flash, but the flush cutter with the quiet cut was so dammnnnnnnnnnn ggggggoooooooooddddddddddddddddddddddddddd!

This was incredible, I hope you end up doing the new MetalGreymon in a video! BlackWarGreymon and MetalGarurumon (Black) would probably be too samey lol, but those would be cool too.

I actually have these 3! I have regular wargreymon and black, metalgarurumon, and non amplified omnimon. All very good builds, but the only problem I had is the arm pegs for wargreymon are fragile and break easily. And omnimons hips pop out. Otherwise I love the color separation, and the wolf has good poseability

Will you consider doing another Double Beat Build like with WarGreymon and MetalGarurumon, except this time, it's Blue-Eyes White Dragon and The Legendary Exodia Incarnate? It's probably the best idea to showcase the two, especially because they are featured in the first episodes of Season 0 and Duel Monsters.

One does not simply buy one plastic model kit. Once you've made one, you're going to want another, then another, and another, until you have a backlog and boxes are sitting everywhere. It is insanely addictive

how long does this video take you to make? also do you film cutting all the parts and pieces out first and then build or do you cut > build. either way you put alot of time and effort into your videos and they make for such great build sessions videos. highly enjoy them. thank you

I saw Omegamon X on the thumbnail and looked closer at the sets for Wargreymon and Metalgarurumon and noticed that these kits are just slightly altered forms of their X Antibody forms Not a complaint, just something I noticed.

I'm new to the building community, I just finished my SD Wing Gundam Zero XXXG-00W0, and I cut the pieces from the inside. As I saw in this video, he cut the pieces from the outside and then cut it again. What's the difference? And should I sand the pieces always? I see he only sanded some of the pieces and what is the purpose of GUNPRIMER?
