you forgot to mention the most important, whatever evolution line you unlocked for all Character digimon can be used at the beginning, eg: having agumon evolve to wargreymon and overkill a lvl 1 gotsumon in the tutorial fight

I got the game, started to play, and then found out: "-Wait people will die in this first run no-matter what-" Well, they did make a horror-ish game, thumbs up for them.

Worth mentioning your builds become unequipped so if you set up Digimon a specific way and you had enough Digimon, remember how you set them up.

Renamon i got in shadow encounters in part 6. Man when my dear Fox girl. and her units LINE originals evos was available in NG+ i was só happy. The cannon ending where everyone survives os the best

Its really odd that we dont keep over the affinity you had.. Especially when you have to go to like 50ish to have Ryo not dye....

That’s good we get to keep items in new game+. Was guna wait to use my Guilmon till then but I was afraid I’d lose em and I’d have to wait for evolving it. Now I can just evolve him at normal pace.

So I got this game and beat, I found out that by getting everyone to around 70 affinity you can unlock their mega forms. Kaito and minoru weren’t at 70 for me so no Mega’s for them. I can’t wait to see kunemon and lopmon mega form.

You also have to equip everything you had on each Digimon for ng+

That 1 item you didnt get in the previous playthrough, its like "snakehead.." something lol 😆 i just used that item on my 1st playthroug, im on part 11 still.

If you're wondering what you have to do to save everyone, just get everyone to 30 affinity, having 30 affinity will ensure everyone's safety, also don't focus on a single path, like, don't pick only harmony, wrathful, or moral decisions, wrathful gets saki and aoi killed, harmony gets kaito and miu killed, and moral I guess gets minoru killed, so picking whatever choice feels right and the moral compass being diverse is actually good, even more so for ng+ because you'll be able to unlock all of agumon's evolutions and I think the more points you have in either moral, wrathful, and harmony, the stronger wither his vaccine, virus, and data evolutions are, I recommend getting minoru and Kaito to 70 affinity first, trust me, you won't be using anyone else, the other mons are too slow and have a much too limited movement-grid, actually if I'm being honest with you only agumon and falcomon get to do anything at all in my battles, the others don't ever get to even engage, you'll be much better off choosing those 2 and then random digimon like gallantmon, if you can, get either biyomon or patamon to their mega forms, they move fast and they move far, they're also sweepers, like literally.

What about partners evolution, do they carry over or are they story locked on ng+?

After we do 100% of New Game+, the affinities go back to what they were?? or is there some way to have 100% affinity with all characters??

BUT can you still evolve into Omegamon?

Do you keep the digimon you recruit in free battles ? Like do they carry Over ?

I found out the hard way that in New game plus that if you save Ryo and Shuuji you get the same ending no matter what route you choose

So all the digimon i befriend in my previous game, gets transferred over. Okay.

I started new game plus today and was excited at the idea of saving Ryo and Shuji and seeing their full arcs... Then I got to the first battle with Augumon who was still level 62 against a level 1 Gotsumon. Keeping levels and changing nothing on the enemies side is literally brain dead dumb. Who thought that was a good idea?!

So did I waste time trying to gain affinity with Ryo consider he dies no matter what? I'm sad AF right now

So is it possible to get affinity 70 for mega evolve in ng+ if it resets?

Do you know if you finish your new game plus playthrough, can you do another new game plus after that with everything carried over again?

Can you get new game plus+ with the bad ending? The ones that takuma goes to his mom and appears game over

That's annoying that the affinity gets reset. Most of the character's digimon, I never got them past champion or ultimate.

Im doing the wrathful route do i have to do all 3 routes to unlock all of agumons evolutions?

Is new game plus can happen more than once? I want to play harmony first then wrathful in ngp1 and last truthful in ngp2.

What about the evolution tho? Like My Agumon evolved into Greymon in my current game, and if I play NG+ on other route, can he still evolves into Greymon?

This game is cap . Ryo and shuuji affinity for me was 25. Which is high at that point in the story and they still die. Miu was 68 and she still died and kaito was 56 and he also died. And I didn’t even get omnimon at the end. Edit- my three karma choice were as follow Moral-45 Wrathful- 16 Harmony-19 And my evolutions were all over the place. For a champion I hit tyranamon , ultimate metalgreymon and mega dynorexmon . 🙃🙃 and I didn’t even get the Moral choice in chapter 9 which was to stay with agumon. So yeah.

im finding it hard to even wanna play the game, kudos for you beating it. absolutely thrown off with this game greatly. feel stupid spending $45 on it.

So you can still Digivolve your partners from the jump, right? Such a stupid choice. Apparently the enemies don’t scale either. Only NG+ I’ve ever played that rewards you with being able to curbstomp the entire story effortlessly. NG+ is supposed to be MORE DIFFICULT than the prior run. Even if you DO retain levels, items, etc. So many poor decisions made for this game. Can’t help but fucking facepalming. They had the perfect formula for a digimon adventure game but completely fucked the execution. God damn shame.
