well Blue Digivolution strip decks completely makes Veemon Armor Purge deck a real good check assuming they don't go incredibly aggressive. it won't be meta because the deck is way too slow to get going and Hexeblaumon can be worked around easily.

@@HeavyC31190 digitamas once hatched are considered Digimon. They are still Digitama cards though can’t be affected by effects that refer to digimon cards. Attacking unsuspended Digimon therefore does work

Truthfully there's a lot of good decks that can work against d reaper. Pretty much the only colour that can't deal with it well is Purple. Black/Red: Bt8 BlackWargreymon can attack unsuspended Digimon if evolved on BT8MetalGreymon (really every Wargreymon can but he's actually being used right now) so it can just kill Mother D Reaper as she will always be only 15000DP on the opponents turn. Marsmon from BT8 can do the same as well though he's not as reliable as BWG as it'll be harder for him to get past 15000DP to survive and can't simply pop a Blocker when being evolved into. Green: RustTyrannomon can do the same as BWG and attack unsuspended and with ST Palmon, ST Togemon and Minomon it's not that hard for them to get past. Then there's also Shivamon that just trashes from the top of security if it becomes unsuspended so the Security Reapers won't even necessarily be played. Blue: Hexeblaumon. Any digimon without sources can't attack. Mother can never attack regardless and the only other way for a mon to get sources is D Reaper but only after attacking which, with Hexe on the field, it can't do. Partner him with Azulongmon who gains +security for every digimon on the opponent side without sources and it'll easily outpace the -security attack from Gatekeeper. Majiramon specifically would be useless in this match-up though as you'd never be able to remove the sources from under the Mother D Reaper but it'll still easily outpace it. Only way for D Reaper to deal with Hexe is to get 8+ sources under Mother D and have a Palates Head use it's ability to delete him but, chances are by the time your Mother has 8+ sources, you'll likely have already lost at that point or your opponent will have more than 1 Hex on the board. Yellow: The Sakuyamon from this set would likely be playing Attack Plug ins and can recycle them thanks to Sakuya's ability so the - security attack isn't that much of an issue and can even evolve from a Renamon to a Sakuyamon for 0 memory if they happen to have three Rika's on board when the Renamon declares an attack and have the Evolution Plug-ins in hand. There's also the more traditional method for yellow of just -DPing to get rid of things. It won't work on Mother specifically but it can stop your opponents board from being flooded with bodies. Honestly, yellow probably has the next weakest match-up against Reaper but, with all the recovery Yellow can get, they can still easily hold their own. Armours: Fire Rocket + Armour Texture. It's just too fast XD. X-Antibody Black: Plays de-digivolve cards which can stop D-Reaper from swinging so many times, DoruGreymon can give things + security attack, they can gain Reboot from Hisyaryumon and Alphamon can declare multiple attacks too if Ouryumon is under it

DP reduction is the best way to beat the deck. That is game mechanic not effect

Attacking unsuspended digimon is useless past the early game is useless without significant DP buffs though. Doesn't Mother D increase her own DP with the searcher inheritables?

A loop hole happens since it's a digitama not a Digimon, so something similar to tamers, but as of now mother D reaper cannot be destroyed, not even by an all delete

@@kamenridereclipse3217 The official QnA for EX2 said that Mother-Reaper can be attacked by attacking it resuspended. It is treated as a digimon on the field, not a digitama, since the owner of the card can target it with cards that affect digimon.

@@kamenridereclipse3217 i don't think so. Mother D-Reaper is a digimon and it can be attacked by digimons that can attack unsuspended digimons. Digitamas with DP are digimons.

@@kamenridereclipse3217 Its never come up before since Digi-Eggs can't be on the field normally, but in the rulebook it says Digi-Eggs are treated as Digimon while in the Battle Zone. So you would be able to attack Mother with effects like Judgement of the Blade.

That too pessimistic. But it does affect the meta a bit. It require either rush with some sort of SA+ or tech to hit unsuspend digimon(which required either royal knight, rusttyranno or marsmon)
