I'm surprised that Ice Wall or Hammer Sparks weren't mentioned in this build. Both are relatively cheap, Ice Wall being dirt cheap. I'm definitely excited about this starter. Veemon is my favorite digimon and I'm going to be building this and Armor Rush once BT8 hits the West.

Man, I’ve been looking forward to this ever since I saw the Mastemon one pop up on Reddit. Little bro is getting that and I’m getting imperial. Tried playtesting them and I could definitely use the help 😅

Thank you for the video. My friend been trying to get me into Digimon since I’m a huge fan gen 2 of Digimon. I love your profile and gonna use it as my first deck. Wonder if there will be part 2 to see how much that we can improve the deck by investing more toward it. Thank you again, I was intimidated to get into it because I’m a big yugioh player and nervous getting into another card game.

Ice Wall is a cheap card and good into the mirror match and Armor Rush. Normally I don't put much stock into mirror match inclusions, but seeing as Imperial will be one of the most common decks it's really worth considering.

I would include Kimeramon 1-2x over the dinobeemon or add paildramon from 1.5 (options, possible to play hammers or ice wall but depends on how much power you have with this deck.

You could have used the ulforce starter deck demivee and veemon

I know this is an old video, but the Lighdramon can only digivolve from a green digimon and this decklist only has 2 green lvl 3's. I don't know if there's a better cheap green lvl 4, but in this current build Lighdramon seems like the weakest link.

does the effetcs of Davis Motomiya & Ken Ichijoji (BT8-088) stack meanign if i have lighdramon and paildramon in play at the start of main and have 2 Davis Motomiya & Ken Ichijoji (BT8-088) in play i gain 4 memory? and can i also tap them both to get 2 unsuspends?

Amazing deck profile, loved seeing your ideas and strategies. I know it maybe a hot take but I run three of bt02 veemon over the ulforce starter deck veemon that most people run because the draw is live so much in this deck because you unsuspend a bunch whether it is early or late game. Plus I find ulforce starter deck veemon only good early game because once you get your combos off you pretty much get bunch draws and you almost always have more than eight cards in hand but that just my personal tech is bt02 veemon.

Vee has g/b indicators so u can digivolve into vee using either egg color g or b

Just a heads up, Kiyoshiro Higashimitarai is a cheap alternative as well. It's a memory setter and can suspend to draw one when you attack with a lvl 5 and have 7 or less in hand. With how aggressive this deck is I think it's the better option IMO
