There will be an English version of the app when it releases outside of Japan. During the last DigiNavi there was some news about the western release. For the random battles, it is only possible to fight against digivolutions which exist within the dim card you currently have installed. But these random battles are just for training. Of course through the VS Memory, as well as the upcoming battle and raid features within the app, you will be able to battle against many different Digimon.

The lost battle count resets daily. If your Digimon is injured just wait.

The device can have two Digimon at a time. In the menu select the icon that looks like a light bulb and select backup. Alternatively you can store Digimon in the mobile app. Currently I have Pulsemon and Gabumon loaded onto my bracelet, and the baby Digimon that I hatched in this video is saved onto the mobile app.

yes you can. It just you can't do the Raid battle and online battle. Having the app actually making ur progress much easier and you can back up your Digimon.

Oh really? I guess I mis-heard what they said on the live stream. Or it was misinterpreted. So it’s closer to normal vpets then which each Digimon having its own wake-up and sleep times?

@@Wiseguy1138 yea the subtitles on the livestream had issues, like for jogress they said it's for ultimate and mega, when it should be champion and ultimate the text on screen says it depends on the digimon for the waking hours, which could be tagged to the Active/Stoic/Lazy trait

There will definitely be an English version, but it's not clear as to whether it will be the same with a language toggle or a different version of the app.

Also when you are on main screen on bracelet and hit the confirm bottom button it flashes connect app what does that mean

Bandai have announce they are selling bigger straps from next month. I believe only in black though.

I went from noon until after midnight without it dying. I fell asleep after making the video and woke up at 7 am and it still has some life, but that's when I plugged it in to charge. It wasn't fully charged when I opened the package. Today it's fully charge, I'll get a better idea of the battery life over the next few days and then I'll probably make a follow up video to cover some more details regarding raising your Digimon and I can include my findings on battery life in that video. After the app updates to add raid battles etc I'll probably cover that too.

I believe only 2 different Digimon at a time. One has to go into backup before you load a second one.

@@PCWee-rx2eb You can only use one at a time, but you can switch the digimon you're using at any time.

So from what I can tell the BNID is optional. You only need to do it as a means for transferring your app data when you get a new phone or want to transfer to a different device & not lose your Digimon/progress. Otherwise you don’t need to link it. However I believe your VB is locked to the app you connect to. So if an English one came out, you wouldn’t be able to change it anyway.

I think the app complements the bracelet and not the other way around. As in the bracelet is where the bulk of the features are and the app is just there to store some Digimon and do raid/online battles.

You can do things if you have the bracelet, but not the app. You can't do anything if you have the app, but not the bracelet.

Apparently they didn't consider darker skin people when making it as the sensor that reads the heart rate is only for lighter skin to slightly dark.. I've heard fliping the bracelet the other way on wrist works or a piece of the on sensor

There will be an English version of the app available when the bracelet releases outside of Japan. There was an update about the international release in the latest Diginavi.

@@joshuaramey7375 I am assuming when an English app is released the Japanese VB will work with it simply because the device itself is still technically Japanese, just being sold on Premium Bandai in the US. However since Premium Bandai don’t ship to Canada, I wonder if we’ll get the app here or if it’ll be locked to the US App Store only? I ended up making a Japanese Apple ID to download the Japanese app but I think I’ll still wait and not connect my VB to it until at least May when P-Bandai ships American orders.

@@hendralin9703 You can also tap any powered NFC device. So transit gates or transit card readers on buses. Or debit machines at stores and on vending machines would also work. I believe Nintendo Switch Joy Con & New 3DS screens where you tap amiibo would also work (not the figures but where on the devices you actually tap them).
