Thank you too all who where involved. I’m a 38 year old Armenian sadly I found about Arshile Gorky just a few years ago and this detailed documentary was just amazing ❤

The music is too loud and penetrate.Difficult to concentrate on the story.

Would have enjoyed it more if the music hadn't drowned out the dialog.

can't hear voices over the loud music. repetitive images over and over. Not up to the Met standard and surprised this is the best the Met could do to explain this artist. Very disappointed!!! Not to mention how annoying the music was. I get music is suppose to be stressful but it to have it throughout the film gave me a headache. The subject matter is so important and the artist is so unknown so would love to have been able to hear it clearly and without distracting images overlapping fading in and out.

Agree. Music is too loud. And not particularly informative.

I couldn't agree more. I love Egoyan and I am interested in Gorky, but I gave up in the middle of it. Better go read a few articles on Gorky instead of continuing watching pointless images, while listening to annoying music and superficial opinions.

This was really terrible. It makes me wonder if the positive comments are from the staff who produced this awful short. I’m pretty sure the first 5 minutes is just a still of one photo with the same blaring loop of music playing over and over again .
