@@4.0Solutions Well, AI -> way behind Tesla FSD BIg players overcomplicated Very interesting smaller player which we knew from 5 years ago was: Controllino with the IO Bean -> that thing is less than 100 bucks and can do webserver and Single Pair Ethernet -> super interesting for SMB. I have done the architecture on MES global templates and implementaton to factories of S4 Hana to MES templates I am that guy-> I know the goldratt solutions / I know all IT / and have set up smaller plants and done projects on shop floor for long time, mostly logistics. I am joining your discord and getting some of your courses... I like you UNS architecture -> I like bottom up thinking the linking with MDM (S4) and CMMS, and the solving of real problems bottom up and retaining and growing people. I am currently helping big food factories and 1 recycling metal factory: goal: new teeth for all the men end of the year (for real). We just discovered they for 2 years always replaced the bolts wrong with grease instead of retainingcompound / glue / loctite red... Major issue and major downtime... What would for such a small plant be the most efficient way to create a dashboard (needs to be simple and almost free - no money for kepware etc) Siemens PLC + TIA -> If they had the money you would do kepware+ignition-> mqtt broker. considering this for life sciences You inspire me man great stuff

I wish i could orate like you , your command on English is also very good , the kind of powerful impactful words you use, i enjoy and envy it too , very few speakers in the world can hold the attention of the crowd.

Tulip is an operations platform that is designed to enable citizen developers on the edge, Mendix is definitely meant more for traditional engineers and integrators to leverage on top of a Siemens stack. I like Mendix and I like Tulip - but Tulip is much more useful over the long run IMO. 🙏

The problem is that it isn’t seemingly random it is almost always my replies to 4.0solutions which mysteriously disappear into the ether.

UNS is not dependent on MQTT. And you’re right - I’ve done nothing, the credit goes to my team and the community who has vetted, tested and promoted an architecture, set of strategies and philosophies that are impacting manufacturers all over the world - for good. MQTT for IoT use was known to many long back even in India , but the way it has been put together with ISA-95 Part 2 is the contribution i guess we can safely give the credit to Walker !!! Dont know if others were using it that way too !! He used the right spanner for the right screw !!

@@walkerreynolds973 Its not you or your team you have simply deployed existing protocols to solve basic connectivity issues. There is nothing clever about using IBMs protocol to fix a machine interfacing issue.
