That was a really great interview. It's so refreshing to hear an interviewer actually listen to what's being said and create a conversation rather than just going "aha, yep, next question". Top marks Phil. Also top marks for James for being a likeable, down to earth guy that doesn't seem likely to disappear up his own arse any time soon.

id say James hype is perhaps the most relatable to my situation. Trying to make the leap from open format to House/dance music. But being a full time dj( 6+ gigs weekly) that pay GREAT. the idea of stepping away from it ALL and just going for it with bills, car , lifestyle etc is nerve racking lol. decisions...decisions..

It's part of the course and so we'd spent most of the time when filming talking into the camera (to the student) :)

Lmao I noticed that too. I think the interviewer is making James nervous with his mean look staring into his soul. Or the way the seats are angled makes it awkward to look at each other.
