As an American, I never saw “Only Fools and Horses” until I came across it on Britbox. One of the funniest comedy series I’ve ever seen.

Jolly boys outing is a beautiful classic of British comedy.

I was so lucky, with my lovely wife to see them record an episode of only fools and horses at BBC studios in North London when Raqqqells X rolled into the scene. It was recorded at the same time as Sir David was awarded the Emmy. Well the whole crew took the pissss out of David for the whole evening. Uncle Albert was ever so posh when he was not ‘Uncle Albert’. One of the most enjoyable evenings ever!

Thank you to Sir David Jason. He’s been our favourite actor. I use to record Only Fools and Horses on VHS as a young boy in the 80s. I played & played the episodes over & over. I still recite every word from the best ever comedy that Fools & Horses was.

UK TV is a pale shadow of what it used to be, particularly like David's mention of religion and family - two things which used to be a cornerstone of all our lives....

Nothing less than pure genius and pure legend he is! Watching the amazingly funny series 2nd, 3rd and 4th time round, it still makes me cry with laughter. Classic comedy it is!

I love David Jason he's great what a legend and when i was growing up he seemed to do so many voices for kids things like dangermouse and count duckula as well, grew up with him feel lucky for that!

Wonderful script no better. But it took exceptional characters to pull it of. And all the cast were amazing. Think of how many comedies mix pathos with comedy....in the same scene! So masterly and convincing!!!!

I have to agree with David Jason. About Christmas back in the day. Where everything closed down . It was more religious on TV. Just about Christmas and family and religious and nothing more. That's the Christmas I liked and loved. It's not that anymore. It's too much about money , experience gifts . And so on I don't enjoy Christmas any more. Shame But David Jason is one of the best Only fools and horses priceless.
