How great to find a cover of yours from DIIV, I've been listening to them a lot with the release of their latest album. Consider a cover of "Frog in Boiling Water"!

Haha, cool. Seems like we have a sort of similar taste. What are your thoughts btw on the new MONO album?

@@e-jplaysguitar5122 I found it better compared to their last two albums that came with a very heavy sound, but I don't feel like it surpasses "Requien for Hell" backwards. I liked it better when the atmosphere and textures were created by the guitars, in addition to the music focusing on them. Now a lot of string ensemble, piano, electronic medium sounds. And I hate the shimmer lol. I know that it is part of Taka's tastes and influences (going towards cinematography, elements of classical music) and that he sees beyond a genre. It seems that these bands called "Post Rock" after a couple of albums do everything possible to distance themselves and there they begin with electronics, vocals and derivatives, like Mogwai. What did you think? In the absence of Mono, I came across a guy with compositions of his style "Alar Azul" here on KZfaq. Listen to "Daturah" and "Blackhill."
