Dil Chahta Hai was monumental for roadtrips and Goa trips. And i'm blown away from the theory of impulse, super ego and balance. That's so true. When i watched it for the first time, i related to Akshay Khanna more than the other two, then in college towards Saif and now with Aamir Khan (extremely impulsive).

if they start making films like Dil Chahta hai again, i might actually get back to watching hindi films. Since Piku i have found everything to just be too cringey or just south indian inspired (in the bad sense).

Urjita a little pet peeve now that l have seen many of the episodes of this series…sometimes you are totally clueless like in the case of bombay velvet or you just state stuff thats false just for the heck of it.. saif has said in multiple interviews that it was Aamir and his presence that made saif say yes……saif was worried about the new director and fresh perspective……saif candidly admitted that farhan felt insulted that saif said yes coz of aamirs presence and not farhans script. once Aamir signed the film, that’s when things fell into place. Farhan has said that when Aamir said yes to the film, that was one of the biggest moments of his life. Its all there on Google so when you do such a show, please do your homework or else dont speculate unnecessarily. Even the guest knew that fact.

Urjita and Abbas , mere “India Pod Day 2023” ke comments ke liye maafi. Binge listening and now this is the 3rd episode after Dev D and Maqbool. loved DCH and it was pleasant coincidence that while I was listening to this episode I happened to be passing by the theatre where I saw this movie (Kamran at Kurla, ekdum hi shady theatre hua karta tha and agar ache theatres mein tickets nahi milti toh yahan zaroor mil jaata tha).enjoyed listening to this episode and your respective takes about the movie

Absolutely wrong Kal ho na ho tune is there in k3g, hritik talking to kareena about srk in a coffee shop . The background music is kal ho na ho . Similar is lamhe movie song kabhie mae kahun , was originally background in chandni.....
