Sir DPSI mai kitne time serve karne par 2 years ke non pay leave milta hai.. minimum kitne time job karne ke baad leave ke liye apply kar paongi(1 year/2year/6 months,etc ...)

Sir 1 doubt hai please address this🙏, sir main kolkata mein born hu but mera gaon up mein hai mera yaha se obc nahi ban raha toh maine up se banwa liya mera caste dono states ke list mein obc list mein hai caste, toh mera sara documents wb ka hai or obc up ka valid hoga kya ssc cpo ke liye please sir 1 bar confirm batiye higher authority se bhi pooch ke bataye thanks🙏🙏🙏 promotion mein obc ka koi benifit hai kya?
