We're finally here....and here I thought 48 enemies in Stage 9 of the previous game was a lot.....it gets much worse here. Also the stupid Vulcangrocks are the worse......unless you're using them to get money, or with the diregrocks. But when you have to watch out for everything they're just....evil.
0:10 - Main Stage 7
0:23 - Apparently this pyramid is the source of the grock invasions. It also has a giant frowny face on it.
I included every cutscene throughout this stage
3:03 - After the raid of Day 1
4:15 - The Ancient Relic Russ and Packa mentioned
4:30 - The Mysterious Stranger offering us 1 vague hint and 1 very helpful hint.
5:07 - Dawn of the 2nd day
5:46 - After the raid of day 2
7:01 - And the pyramid.....does something that looks kind of bad
7:46 - Raid of the final day begins with 74 grocks....I think this game wants me dead.
The train also arrives to deliver the bomb to the pyramid. Take advantage of the mini gun (which you need to buy ammo for again). And take out whatever you can. 2 Rail Ramgrocks (which attempt to destroy parts of the tracks) appear in the middle of the stage and near the pyramid. The one near the pyramid will be out of your reach so go after it after the following cutscene at...
11:04 - Help arrives
Save yourself sometime by changing the tracks (which I didn't do early), it'll help a lot later.
13:20 - The train continues to go with Gallo, Boone, and Nomad now protecting it.
15:00 - The slow moving train makes it to the Pyramid
16:20 - Mission Complete?
16:56 - Final Boss appears from the rubble of the Pyramid, Wheelgrock (which looks rather creepy). Also Russ is a Hero
17:46 - From this point after this cutscene, makes sure you're near Russ, you can dash roll into the cart to him to the village that much faster.
20:40 - The Powerstone, Russ, and the rangers make it back
IMPORTANT! - Getting Russ back with the Powerstone is REQUIRED! You cannot inflict damage to the Wheelgrock whatsoever without using it at the village. It's completely invincible to your tower weapons until you launch Dillon from the Bow of Armedo.
21:57 - The "Bowl" of Armedo turns into the Bow of Armedo.
22:53 - VS. Final Boss : Wheelgrock, this boss theme is awesome.
24:50 - And we get kicked out...
25:38 - The towers stun the over sized wheel of fate.
26:16 - Wheelgrock (2nd attempt)
28:23 - kicked out again (sad face)
29:11 - Wheelgrock makes it to the village.....and we get saved by the rangers, giving us one last chance at taking this thing out. Watch the credits video/read the video description of the credits video for more info on the effect of the rangers helping you here
29:53 - Wheelgrock (3rd attempt) and good god this thing just threw everything in the kitchen sink at us.
30:52 - VICTORY!
The credits will come later. As of now I need to leave, however I will do this stage again later to accomplish 2 other things :
1. What happens if you fail your last chance
2. Defeating the Wheelgrock before it makes it at all to see if it changes anything.
Other : You unlock a sound test for beating the game.
