I made it and it turned out pretty well. However , I would like to share 2 observations. The potatoes must be boiled before frying since there's no provision for the same in the recipe. Also added half a teaspoon of sugar but that depends entirely on personal taste

Thank you great recipe .... i also added sugar after putting onions ..now its my go to receipe for EGG KOSHA and i realised that if the more i roast the curry on high flame the more tastier it is ..i roast 30 mins till it turns very dark brown.
