.Ingredients:
3 cups sticky rice (sweet rice)
For the Marinated Pork:
300 grams grind pork shoulder
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon vegetable or canola oil
1 teaspoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon cooking wine
1 teaspoon dark soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
For Cooking Sticky Rice and seasoning:
Washed 3 cups of sweet rice and drained
1 can of chicken broth (14.5oz)
*Add soaked dried shrimp water & soaked dried scallops water to make total of 2 & 1/4 cups of water.

For the Lotus Leaf Packages:
4 dried lotus leaves, soaked in warm water for 20 - 30 minutes. Cut 1 leaf into 4 pieces.
