Michael Jackson is one of Dimash's idols. He did a concert in tribute to MJ and said that sometimes he feels like Micael is on the stage with him. This performance was sheer perfection. Dimash, of course. and the orchestra and the background vocals all matched perfectly. The orchestra was simply amazing. The original artist is Lara Fabian and no, she did not do the vibrato, but she was amazing as well. He also covered her song "Mademoiselle Hyde' and she wrote the lyrics for the song Your Love and Igor Kruytoy composed the music. She also sang a song with Dimash at a birthday celebration for Igor.

Love the drama he brings to the stage ...and YES!!! he did win this episode...

He can do it, because of the amount of practice he puts into his singing since 5 years old. He burst into the scene at 22 through a Chinese contest I am a Singer. That's 17 years of practice and he still practices 3 hours daily. Our singers here in the West are mostly after the money and don't care to emit emotions to their listeners that's how they gave us Cardi B, Neyo, J. Beiber and many other sub par singers. And of course we accepted it...not all though. I can't say I listened to those singers. It seems to me most talented singers come from outside the US or England. No offense but my honest opinion and expert listening. I like Nat King Cole...he had a suave voice. Great reaction though. The more you watch, the better Dimash gets. After 3 years of following him. He still has me mesmerized. He is also so humble and family orientated. It's been noted that he sends flowers and cards every year to all his teachers who taught him along the way and tries to catch with them personally when ever he can. Igor Krutoy came out of retirement to connect with Dimash.

😂 Wonderful, marvellous, incredible, beautiful, amazing Dimash. Yes they are the other competitors. They were very supportive of him during the competition. He was the only foreigner and youngest competitor. He was away fro home for a long time. He has remained good friends with some of them, especially the one in the glasses Terry Lin. They have performed together and the video is on uTube. 😍♥️🇬🇧

Dimash won several individual rounds but not all as some of the other contestants are excellent too. He came second overall but got 600 million views of his first round and that clip went viral and it launched his international career. He is still friends with some of those contestants. So no hard feelings.

In the previous round he had to perform a Bruno Mars song, in which he was not able to show his qualities and was in 6th place. He is literally singing for his life here. So he put on a suit in the colour of the Kazakh flag, chose a song from his favourite singer, Lara Fabian, showed he can play the piano as well, did a performance with a great build up, opened his tool box and blew everybody from their feet. I love to see your genuine admiration for his talent. It is okay to be a little bit jealous. Remember he has worked hard from the age of 5 to get to this level. In a documentary he said as a kid in a choir he would always do the high notes. Somehow he managed to retain these registers when his voice changed. His vocal cords are also longer than they usually are. Dimash is still training with vocal coaches: the male voice reaches its final level at age 35. He is now 26.

And the last stereacting to Dimash rapping..... oh yesss he can rap!

Dimash's first training is in operatic singer, he does vibrato a lot, and he does it to perfection. Surprising you haven't noticed so far.

I enjoyed watching Dimash with you today....Dimash eats vibrato for breakfast. .you can see his competitors in the back room are equally in a quandary..but in truth many of them became and remain very good friends with Dimash and have even performed with him in different venues...It only shows what a wonderful young man Dimash is off stage...and remember this is a competition...and he is an unknown against already well known professionals....

Hey Genetics is a funny thing Both parents are award winning vocalist in their country. Plus 3 hours a day for 20+ years you end up with a one in a Billion Vocalist Called Dimash . He knows every technique in the book and more and performs them to perfection. he also a master with Mic . .Hey when Dimash was born and the doctor smack him he broke every window on the maternity floor .His Parents are still paying for the damage lol

And just think, he's working on his PhD in Musical Science! I wonder what more we'll get from Dimash?!

When Dimash does a song cover, he takes the song very differently and make it his own. His techniques are very impressive. He works with a music arranger who happens to be his good friend.
