He was apparently given a time limit with this first song. He has a longer version in his "The Singer" competition in China.

I was going to watch until I saw which show you were reacting to, so I’m afraid I won’t watch this one! Apart from chopping up Dimash’s performances, the producers lied to him when they said he wouldn’t have to compete with children. He found himself going through to the final with two children. This was a big no, no for him so he dropped out of the competition, to give the children a chance, it’s morally wrong in his country for adults to compete with children. The judges were terrible to him, when he quit the competition, I suppose they saw all that money they thought they were going to make off of him, disappear right before their eyes! If you do another Dimash reaction that’s not The World’s Best show, then I’ll happily watch! I think most Dimash fans will be of the same opinion as I am.....He does sing All By Myself on a Chinese show called The Singer, that competition is excellent and Dimash get’s to sing the full song on every episode of that show.
