This masterpiece has shaken all of us, it is a plea for peace, Dimash scream is a desperate call to think for ourselves and change our sad destiny if we continue to follow mistaken leaders or symbols that just divide us and have made us lose the horizon. Love is the answer to live a better and fair life for everybody. What a pain to see us, as humanity, reflected in this MV. 🥹🥲🌹💔🎤🔝 “The Story of One Sky” was composed by Dimash and the script of the MV was written by him also. It took him three years to finish it. Dimash and his team worked very hard to make it and all of them deserve we show appreciation for the amazing artistic work they’ve done. “It was perfectly scripted and beautifully acted"

Thank you for interacting in the comments. You didn't do a perfect job, but it was an honest reaction. You handled all the criticism very well. Thousands of Dears chattered and debated the meanings of this mv. It is natural to not understand everything the first few times you watch this video. We all learned, and still, we don't interpret it the exact same. Dimash put his whole heart into this song. When you watch this alone, when you don't feel you have to entertain us, I think it will be more meaningful. ❤️⚘️

Most don't get that Dimash-The Prophet at the very end is the grown up baby, son of Dimash-The-Soldier. You will find more cinematic Dimash in Across Endless Dimensions, soundtrack of the feature film Creators: The Past, a scifi fantasy plot (which unfortunately failed due to it being released right at the onset of the pandemic). The director asked for the best singer in the world, and they brought him Dimash.

The song was written for the west English-speaking world. The struggle for survival, the misinterpretation of religion, the making and breaking of love friendships and alliances. This MV had its first showing in front of the Pope and all the leaders of the major world religions. It has been shown at the Central Asian Media Forum, at a film festival in Mumbai and has been nominated for an award at the CPI film festival in London and I have never witnessed it being treated like a joke before. Normally if I don't like a reaction I just ignore it, this time I was so angry I couldn't do that. This MV is being treated around the world as the greatest anti war music video of current times by every major peace seeking community throughout the world and it's a joke to you? To say I am disgusted by your reaction would be an understatement, so much so that I literally could not walk away without hoping that you never do another reaction to Dimash's music as a lot of what he sings about has deep messages that it's frankly obvious you don't have the depth of character to appreciate.

Thank you for your criticism, obviously I didn’t mean to tarnish the validity of the video but I was mainly looking at this from the standpoint of a musician/producer that knows absolutely NOTHING about Dimash. This is only the second video I’ve done on him and intend to do more considering I like his music so far. Never viewed any of the scenes as a joke was just simply looking at them face value and they’re my honest live first reaction. Maybe I should do more research before reacting to a song, which is why I ask, do you have any constructive criticism for any video moving forward? If you do, I will take them into consideration for the next one. simple, it’s absolutely no problem.

Well, not everyone has the same level of empathy, or is comfortable with sad emotions--especially on camera. Surely the reactor can find plenty of Dimash songs that aren't as "heavy" to react to -- don't think he meant any disrespect; just my take on it.

@@ironeousaudio You could not know but probably it would have been better to watch other Dimash's songs before this one, which is his most difficult one ever (and not only vocally speaking). Most of people are shocked or crying so it is indeed very strange to see a reactor joking or laughing... Peace is a fundamental issue for Dimash, and composing this piece was very painful for him. I already watched this music video hundreds times, and each time, it is an uppercut to my heart. I hope that you will watch it again, alone, and have the opportunity to understand the message he conveys, to feel the deep meaning of his song, because it is an absolute masterpiece, far beyond his insane vocal skills.

REELING are global music executives, artists and scholars. Thought impossible to repeat, so musically complex and difficult is pianist composer Franz Liszt's 1800s Symphonic Tone Poem that changed music forever. Dimash stood on his shoulders and blasted his 14 minute story in diminished symphony into 21st century music history ! Not only composing one, he wrote a screenplay, directed it, acted it, sang it, put it in movie format and distributed it. He created a new form of art, created a new business model, made music history and LA was knocking on his door within weeks. He's there now in discussions with the likes of David Foster and major executives in the industry. Much talk about awards in industry magazines and trade journals.

This song is a "modern" multicultural interfaith Requiem (the traditional Requiem is a song for the Mass of the Dead in the Catholic Church. The best known requiem is by Mozart I think). The Requiem usually has 2 parts: one mourning death and the other celebrating life. Dimash says in a low voice: Адам керуен, өмір жол. Man is a caravan, life is a road. (Kazakh proverb) So for me, the caravan is his (and our) inner world. Religiosity is in us, the religious man dies when a part of the soldier (Dimash) dies when he finds his daughter dead. So when he seeks revenge, there's a storm. Death follows death: Piper dies but the soldier (Dimash) dies too. Death is not the answer. And so violence is not the way (You can murder the "bad guy" but if everybody thinks that violence is an answer, another "bad guy" will appear for sure.) And then we see that his son made a better decision... His son joins others in seeking peace. That is the final answer. DimashAli is his production company. Dimash is an independent singer, he has no contracts with big entertainment companies. He said that he only sings what he wants the way he wants. 😁 And I think he is right: which entertainment company would finance a video like this one? Dimash's MV can be funny like "Be With Me", can have a cyberpunk vibe like "Golden", can be a very symbolic one like this one, "Know" or "Love Of Tired Swans"... Again, he does what he wants, we never know what we will get until watch it! 😁 Dimash is finishing a new MV, it seems a sci-fi one, to a more pop song. It will be released in March 22th. Hug from Brazil 😍🇧🇷

Hello friend! Thank you for your sincere reaction! When I first watched this MV, it broke me, I became very emotional, it was heart wrenching, to say the least! 😢 Have you noticed that Dimash is the main solder right from the very beginning of the war scene, when he was walking under the overpass and when he was shot in the arm, many people miss that? Dimash has worked very hard for 3 years composing the music for this song, and around 20 days to make this MV. It turned out to be his most valuable MV, in the ideological sense, ever made, a real Masterpiece! I believe that Dimash deserves THE NOBEL PEACE PRIZE for his selfless hard work and tireless efforts, not only for this MV, but for trying to bring the world together in love, peace, and harmony, through his music, MVs and many charities he dedicates his time to. He is a Legend and will go down in History. The mini movie is full of symbolisms, it's the story of 3 youths, and the necklace which was made by the young Dimash and shared with his friends symbolizing lifelong friendship and unity. The Piper grew up and started a war, using the symbol of the necklace as the crest on his army uniform. This is my breakdown of the story, as I see it: 1) Dimash, who was drowning at the beginning and at the end. 2) The Piper, the one who saved Dimash, and who became the leader, and who was killed by Dimash at the end. 3) The young girl, who died in childbirth, became Dimash’s future wife, had two children together; a daughter who was killed by the Piper's army; and the birth of a son at the end, who inherited the necklace from his mother…, they were all torn by the war. For the symbolic aspects, Dimash is showing the different cultures and religions (Christianity, Judaism, Islam, Buddhism, Hindi, etc.), through throat singing, which is called the REQUIEM (mass for the souls of the dead), from different religions. The Pilgrim, Shepard, or Wise Man at the end of the video was Dimash’s newborn son, born in his image and grows up to guide the Representatives of different religions and race from different Nations to the light, for a new beginning living together in peace, tolerance, love, and harmony. I’M CHOSING LIFE!! 🙏🙏 See you in your next reaction. Love from Canada 💖

Congrats on the reaction! Well, some considerations: (1) The artifact that the boy found in the trunk and that was turned into necklaces is a "gnomon", a needle for a sundial (a rustic device for keeping time); (2) The name "Piper" (piper, or piper) is known as a synonym for "dictator", "despot": This originates from the tale of the "Pied Piper of Hamelin" (folk tale rewritten by the Brothers Grim), where a piper was hired to deal with the rat infestation of the city of Hamelin (Germany, 1284). After hypnotizing the rats with his magic flute and drowning them in the Weser, the artist went to collect the amount owed (one coin per head) and was not paid (they alleged that he did not present the "heads" of the rats). He then hypnotized one hundred and thirty children from the city of Hamelin and locked them in a cave. Yeah, well, the "pied piper" (also called "ratcatcher") has become synonymous with the tyrant who uses a mesmerizing speech and leads to death! (3) The term "Imagine" refers to the song of the same name by John Lennon; (4) The final text is part of the document generated at the VII Congress of Leaders of World and Traditional Religions, held in Nur-Sultan (Kazakhstan) on 09/14/2022 and was attended by Pope Francis, representing the Catholic Church and who presented Dimash, on the occasion, with a medal of gratitude.

Good reaction. I think the story is not the main point of this video, in fact, it's not even a part of the song. The main point of all this is the message. War s**ks... It's high time to take our destiny in hand and make the necessary change to break the cycle of wars we're stuck in. The walkers at the end are like our souls. Souls from all religions follow the same path and end up going to the same place in the end. We're all the same under one sky, not only in this life, but in the after-life as well.

@@dear4dimash_lenka143 Dimash is a singer/songwriter. Dimash performs this song on stage to convey a message of peace. The story is not in the lyrics. The story (the script to the movie) is only there as a support for visuals. @@dear4dimash_lenka143 Start here: Are there any references to the 3 protagonists in the lyrics? Is there any reference to the baby in the lyrics? Since the answers are no and no, then there is no _direct_ link between the song and the story. The lyrics talk about the pain and damage wars do to us, humans, in a generic manner. On the other hand, the story depicts a specific story between 3 people that shows the pains war brings. They could be replaced by a totally different story involving war and loss, without changing or taking anything away from the message of the song.

More movie details: (1) The three (children) and the two boys disputed the girl's attention; (2) The character (which Dimash represents as an adult) created a symbol to confirm friendship between the three, after being saved by his friend; (3) Still in the video we see the girl choose "Dimash" and then they get married and have the little girl (who was killed) as a daughter and the mother is pregnant with another boy; (4) The older boy (who saved "Dimash" from drowning) does not accept being abandoned by the girl and becomes a dictator president/general; (5) Dimash becomes a soldier who decides to return from combat to protect his war refugee family; (6) Dimash finds his daughter dead and thinks that his wife had also died, so he decides to take revenge on his friend; (7) He kills the dictator and is killed regretting the violence he committed in life; (8) Dimash's wife is welcomed by people of different religions who agree that Dimash's son is someone special; (9) The wife dies in childbirth and Dimash's son becomes a leader who leads the refugees to a better place, of tolerance, respect and acceptance.

@@Koquitaful he's not the first to not be to take both the video and the song in at the same time It can be overwhelming. I think it's more about the laughing the joking and so forth even the if he was paying attention to the song he would have heard that it was a sad song. Some folks don't respond well when they're out of their comfort zone. Inappropriate responses in unfamiliar social situations that They just don't know how to respond.

🎆~••~🎆 Thanks very much for your reaction, Dear! 🕊 Please consider reacting to the LIVE performance of this masterpiece that I've shared in a separate comment that includes the speech he gave to the audience prior to singing it. 👼 You'll be blown away! 😇Happy Healthy New Year🎉 to you and yours, Dear! My response focuses on a heartbroken, frustrated & downright angry young man's urgent 🆘 message, not the phenomenal vocals he ordinarily is lauded for as this is what Dimash has instructed us to do, as well as, to promote it by sharing it far & wide & no one will not be allowed to react and/or share this one! My understanding is that there will be no blocking by him or his team! If you are blocked please let me know. DQ wants it shared and a global dialogue to ensue on how to establish & keep a "World Without War!" There's a lot to unpack & dependent upon a person's frame of reference, their interpretation of the video & DQ's message will undoubtedly be colored by their own preconceptions & life experiences, etc. My interpretation of his message this far is as follows: DQ's phenomenal 9-23-22 Almaty live performance of this composition and this MV are prophetic masterpieces of transcendental pro-planet/antiwar art activism & downright spiritual experiences wherein Dimash issues a sincere, passionate yet, heartbreaking call to action to "learn to love" one another again as we were taught as children & to stop --- all conflicts, all aggression, all wars --- for the real fight before us requires us to unite globally & engage in the fight to save our Mother Earth, "the sacred womb" from which all life sprung! Let us shun our "failing [self-serving Pied] Piper leaders" whose lunacy continues to lead us all to our mutual ruin & destruction by ignoring our species' fate as the "tightening noose" of climate change, hunger, poverty perpetually worsens whilst our "crazy leaders" instead waste precious time, limited resources & countless lives by choosing to "lead us to the slaughter" of these senseless, endless wars! Billions of lives STOLEN Billions of cells UNBORN Billions of souls FALLEN Billions of dreams UNREALIZED The verse that states we must "learn to share again the love, not shares" I believe means we must re-learn how to share our love in real time, person-to-person via one-on-one human connection in meaningful ways thru in-person acts of kindness such as compassionately, caring for the actual basic human needs of others or those that are emotional or physical in nature; all of which builds strong friendships, communities, nations and even friendships between nations unlike the superficial virtual "shares" that may be important only to one person's social media status & very well imaginary. DQ asks us to "learn to live again" as "we have passed the moment of "Imagine" (which is clearly a reference to Lennon's iconic song written of the utopia he dreamed of) & the "world as the feast" I believe means we as a species have caused so much irreparable damage to the planet resulting in droughts & famine that we are long passed former times of plenty & now must work very hard together to overcome our limited, finite resources or "Do we have to starve?" I feel as if DQ is asking us "what's it going to take" for us to "WAKE UP?" Children are (and have long been) dying of famine NOW. Further, DQ proclaims THIS is OUR LAST CHANCE, and that we must immediately act as there's "not a moment to lose" before either the Earth implodes or some crazed "Pied Piper" releases nuclear Armageddon upon the world! #TimesUp #ItsTimeToSaveTheEarth All I can say for certain is DQ's awesome LIVE and MV performances of this incredible composition of his has created the global dialogue seeking to understand it, each other and ourselves and has done more to promote a culture of tolerance he speaks of in his message at the end of the video than any other artistry I've witnessed in my 64 years of walking the planet! 🌏💚 He's successfully started the convo and it is up to us to keep it going by spreading this video & respectfully engaging with any & all so that we might unite in our common desire for peace under our shared one sky, Dears! You must watch this MV with an open mind & heart coming from a mindset of love & solidarity. I don't share the majority's view that Dimash survives nor is that his grownup baby born as he died at the end of the video. The video's progression follows the song's & builds in intensity as the pilgrims of all faiths continue their march upwards on a parallel spiritual plane & climaxes as the pilgrims experience a physical struggle with nature in the form of intense storm similar to the spiritual storm DQ experiences with the murder of his beloved daughter that is more than he can bear & his choice to seek revenge against his former friend who had long ago saved his life but who had chosen a dark & evil path. It is only after he has purged his spirit of the desire for revenge & killed his enemy (who had indeed become the enemy of humanity) & then DQ himself was subsequently killed by enemy soldiers did DQ's character's soul scream out from his watery grave that humanity has only one choice and #WeReChoosingLife !! In death his spirit joins the other spiritual pilgrims in their ascension to the One God we've all worshipped in our own ways through our own religions guided by our own prophets ever since the beginning of Creation. The journey for DQ & his fellow seekers continues on as what appears to be the morning of a hopeful new day is dawning. His infant child remains in the material world left only with his mother's talisman yet grows into a prophet who leads the people to peace, according to the music video's director; a theme that is not in conflict with my understanding of DQ's character's spiritual journey. Listen as Muslim, Buddhist, Jewish, Christian voices intertwine into the One Voice that sings our shared Prayer to the One God. DQs virtuosity is spiritual in nature; he touches souls and changes hearts with his divine vocals. We must awaken spiritually. We must raise our collective human consciousness, unite, be as ONE --- live and let live --- & understand our shared fate under our shared sky. "Can we balance on the edge of a fiery grave" with all these competing self-interests & is it even possible to save our future on this planet? To avert our own extinction & achieve that utopian peace we all desperately need to survive as a species so that we might enjoy peaceful, prosperous lifetimes for ourselves & future generations, DQ begs us to #ChooseLife UNITE! Dimash is a empathetic, lyrical genius whose virtuosity serves as a conduit for the pure & wondrous light of Heaven as well as the pain & suffering of our human Hells-on-Earth (many of our own making); he is the most excellent ambassador for a peaceful planet & our survival we could ever envision in his childlike altruistic nature & unconditional love. #WeAreChoosingLife ☸✡☪✝🕉☯☮ #SaveTheEarth 🌏🌍🌎#SaveAllChildren

@@ironeousaudio Months ago a few Dears were discussing back & forth on a react about what it all meant & some had different takes on it while others knew the meaning of things most didn't and it was very cool how we all came together and then wrote our summaries but it wasn't planned or decided we'd do that. I think some of us have perfected our essays along the way as we learned more new things from others but there's one or two that are far better than the rest. Saludos Cordiales.

@@ironeousaudio research your artist and their song beforehand. To salvage this one you need to start over by researching your artist and the song and then do another reaction saying it's your second reaction and one that you hope that you will be able to appropriately respond to Well if you care about your subscribers that's what you'll do.

U said at one point "that's kind of creepy" .... I must say, your reaction was kind of creepy.... I do not understand, who recommended u to react to this song as your second reaction to Dimash... They would deserve a slap all over their faces. U seemed to have fun watching this video... That was not the intention of this video to make people smile and have fun 🤦🏼‍♀️ No, u were not ready for this song.... U know nothing about Dimash (not your fault)... If u r trully interested in this man's work, u should do more research or watch some interwievs or interesting edits some of his fans made... I recommend The Ultimate Dimash guide on LiLaSi's channel... That might help u a lot .... In case u r interested. If u are only after followers and likes, Dears (Dimash's fans) will dump u 🤷🏼‍♀️

Sheesh. I'm a Dear, and far from threatening to dump such a free spirit, I have subscribed and hit their bell in the hope I stay connected, and that they laugh all the way to their next Dimash reaction. I hope they will *not* view/react to LiLaSi's guides. The latter are fantastic but imo entirely inappropriate as something for a new reactor to get into at this early stage (because they will in effect be spoilers).

@@ironeousaudio Imo you're doing great. I think the best thing you can do right now Dimash wise is to pick one of his light pop songs such as the fun official MV for Be With Me (which shows off his musical composition and screenplay writing skills, not to mention other skills, and his sense of humor, which you'll see if you react to it) and then one of his "art" MVs such as the official Know MV. Olimpico (from Igor Krutoy's channel) would be another good one to see soon.
