I'm shook by how strange this box was! I've really liked these popmart openings because it was always 12 different figures. But this... I'm upset for you! Lol 😂 the lion and fox are my fave

That’s really weird. You can contact pop mart customer service for follow up if you got duplicates in a full case, and that’s a lot of duplicates

I was talking to a popmart employee literally yesterday and they told me that popmart has started to make it harder to get the full set. I don’t know if that’s true because I never buy full boxes, but my friend does and she’s gotten unexpected duplicates as well in newer series. Anyway, I hope you’ll open the new bunny forest series from popmart! They’re all so cute and very detailed! I got one yesterday and I loooove it!!

I was listening to a pop mart giveaway live stream a week or 2 ago on Aliexpress, and they said if you bought a whole set of figurines and there were any duplicates in the set, they would reimburse your money for the duplicates. I’m not sure if this applies if you bought the set from another source, (like on Amazon) but I do know if you bought it directly from pop mart on Aliexpress this did apply. Just take a picture and send it in to pop mart. At least you could recoup your money, since they are not cheap.

I think the rules are still the same. If you buy a complete set from popmart or I guess a legit store you’ll be guaranteed to have no duplicates. If there are duplicates, you can contact the popmart and they’ll send u the missing figure(s). But I’m not sure about other sellers.

Maybe that's the point, maybe the creator wanted it to be difficult to find the last one, also because there are other blind bags/ boxes or other things like that, have duplicates.

I thought somewhere that you’re supposed to get unique ones and if you don’t, you can contact pop mart and get replacement of the duplicates. Not sure if that’s still true.

You should email Popmart about the duplicates and the incorrect card and send them your video for evidence.

I don't think it is there fault someone could have move the box around and such the only one the one they can maybe ask for a refund is the card that was switched with the drummer
