I remember in the 80s as a kid when the Tribus are waiting their turn to move forward to perform, you can hear the drum beats as it builds up in the background, the headgear and spears slowly move up and down to the beat as the tighknit group moves as one as they slowly march towards the OG Freedom Grandstand gave me goosebumps in anticipation. No stage, no props, no billboards. No more of that magic these days.

I think their performance can't match to those of the past Dinagyang tribes that won Aliwan. I know i posted this same sentiment in other uploads, just cant help but express my fear of them losing this year, knowing that Dinagyang is the defending champion in Aliwan. It's like, i dont feel it as energetic as it should be. ...Or is it just me? ... i hope it's just me, lol. ...Congratulations to Tribu Panayanon and good luck in Aliwan! Hala bira!!!
