I love my Polynesian roots, but it's crazy to me how little the rest of the world knows about our culture. Even my management team hadn't tried Tongan food yet, so you know I had to pull them into the studio to try Grandma's cooking.
Today we tried:
- Lu Pulu (Corn beef in Taro leaves)
- Kumala (sweet potato)
- Ota (Raw Fish, mahi mahi)
