The gift you give her by communicating with her, engaging her in activities, asking her questions, letting her explore anything, smiling at her and constantly telling her how much you love her...is priceless. Kind of the poster mom. A lot of people don't understand how important these months are and how much they understand, even as newborns the more you talk to them the better.

I don't have kids, but I've purchased the Baby Einstein takealong toy for 3 or 4 different fam/friends babies, and I've heard from all of them that it's an instant favorite.

Happy Mother’s Day! I can really relate with the feet changes. I’m 6 months pregnant and my feet have grown around .5 size. I’m now like a 10.5..I can only wear some Skechers size 10 wide and I just bought new balance 10.5 wide but still trying those out. Swelling is here since around 4 months. Surprising but I’m okay with it. All I want is a healthy baby ❤️!

It was like one day she was figuring out her hands and knees, the next she was connecting crawls. We were blown away!

What?! When did Annie become a crawling pro?! Incredible! And Jack with the flowers is something else, I love everything about y'all's mother's day. 🥰 Pregnancy hormones are wild and loosen just everything in your body. I guess since your ligaments get looser, it can also cause your feet to get wider (and I've heard hip joints spread too 🤔).

My feet went wide and a half a size too! I went to the same store and love my Brooks Glycerin! It was so sad I’ve had to get rid of so many shoes but fun buying new. My daughter is 8 months and loves crinkle books, suction spin toys, pop up toys, and the crinkle light up giraffes you find on Amazon!

I wore a size 9 1/2 before I had my kids. Now I wear a size 11. It's completely normal for your feet to get bigger after having kid's. For reference, I have 4 son's and one angel baby.

We've been super lucky with her sleep since the earlier weeks, but I can tell she's definitely worn out more for her naps! 💕

My baby was weirdly not into pureed food. I started weaning at 6 months and then stopped and restarted a couple of weeks later thinking she wasn’t ready but it was the same. As soon as I tried textured stuff on the off chance, we were off and away. She’s 7.5 months now and eating rice and bean stews with smoked paprika, cheesy, tomato pasta, turmeric scrambled eggs, yoghurt bowls with fruit, chia seeds and desiccated coconut. Her absolute fave is always avocado though. She loves it mashed on toast so it’s easy to grip. She screams at me if I don’t get her food fast enough 😂 I got a water mat and she’s not super interested yet but man, the mould/algae growth really bugs me.

Her name is June and her middle name is Mackenzie, but in her family it is a tradition to call family members by their middle names 🙂
