Wrap the filling with butter and bake,

Material:
bread
250g bread flourr
155ml milk
4g instant yeast
1 egg
30g sugar
15g milk powder
3g salt
30g softened butter
stuffing
36g butter
topping
1 tbsp egg liquid
15g of melted butter
Reminder:
1. The baked bread should leave the baking tray to dissipate heat immediately, so as not to make the bread crust wrinkle
2. Spread the melted butter while it is hot, so that the dinner roll can absorb the cream and increase the aroma
3. Stored at room temperature for three days, frozen for one month
4. Frozen small dinner roll can be steamed back in the electric pot to become soft
