@@ferdyoktav Konami has figured out that it just need to look at the TCG and OCG meta, see more or less which cards will be limited or banned, and put most of the URs on the ones that will NOT be banned or limited. Then there are other particular cases in which they are still banned because the meta is different in MD, but that's how it is. This is why often some crappy cards are UR and some very good ones are R or SR.
