Ram Gopal Varma is an Indian film director, screenwriter and producer, known for his works in Telugu cinema, Bollywood, and television. Well the guy who makes dumb ass movies now should not really be commenting about enhancing productivity. Cause whatever he's preaching clearly did not work for him let alone others. Second you gotta stop looking past with the perspective of current comforts and convenience. Gender roles were created according to the environment our ancestors were living and because of them we are able to survive as species. People are still living in harsher economy where gender roles still matter. Third, people live together cause of their needs, so Indians always recognized that and decided the best way to go with it is to taking responsibility of each other. Our family system is the only reason why we are highly successful community in West. It might sound weird but happiness actually comes from relationships. And finally stop believing everything you read and hear. Knowledge has no meaning if you can't dig deeper to see difference between reality and illusion.
