This comeback was a lot of fun! There is an on-going semi joke about how moonbyul looks like xiumin (exo) and/or minhyuk (btob), which is where they came up with this idea. We also see several instance of an on-going joke of "wheein always eating in their videos" here.

Hwasa's character is named Ricky and the behind the scene vids are pretty hilarious. Photo of Solar and Moonbyul in costume apparently kissing in the run up to the vid caused a scandal about Solar supposedly dating some guy. Like other of their eally songs a lot of MV is about flipping the script. Solar playing what are normally male fantasy objects maid, stewardess, nurse is acting like an asshole guy in her pursuit of Moonbyul. Refusing to take no for an answer. The dance routines in the men's room and the barber shop are about inhabiting male spaces. This is always their encore song. It was the first one of their songs where they started inserting differnet adlibbed funny line in every performance. And it's played at practically every Korean pride event.

Love the reactions! You gotta check out some of the early live stuff. Especially “words don’t come easy” with the chairs on stage. That’l fix this Hawasa issue lol. Also, if you haven’t done her video “LMM” I highly recommend that one too. Up the irons and viva Mamamoo!

Nice job finding an alternative with subtitles but it's best to watch 2014-17 Mamamoo MVs on their yt channel if you want subs.. It looked like you missed the meaning of the exchange at the end where roller girl comes in and asks Moonbyul, "Unnie, who is this girl?" Unnie means older female friend so that's what tips off Solar that Moonbyul is a woman. From what I can tell most people think UOAY is just Mamamoo being Mamamoo - wild, crazy, bizarre and funny. The MV is hilarious but after watching it a few times for the comedy it pays to ask questions about their apparently random wackiness and dubious behavior. What's up with the drink drugging and all the sexual harassment and outright attempted assault? Why are the dance scenes set in a public men's room and a barber shop? Why does Solar pursue Moonbyul by playing a flirty French maid, a "coffee, tea or me" stewardess, and a hot to trot night nurse? Why the cross-dressing and why does Solar chase Moonbyul thinking Byul is a guy? And what does all this have to do with a song about a woman taking the lead in initiating a relationship anyway? Your choice: submit an essay on those questions or answer them on the UOAY test next week. 😉
