Honestly this makes me want to make a "parody movie" where it's just a low budget remake of something popular and then halfway through it stops and starts rewinding with a charachter pointing out all the times the movie could have made jokes but didn't.

I think the Trump/Putin jokes...Like they started off as just....Ya know, all sorts of jokes and movies and...Common everyday phrases ("In bed with") use sex as a metaphor for two people being in cahoots, and it was just all the usual, but, ya know, it happens to be about two men in this specific instance...But, then, yeah, it got...Weird.

I would argue that humor has a place in these trying times. Plus... come on. How do people take this man seriously? He is a parody of corrupt kids show presidents made real. Nothing he says should ever be taken seriously, and it is hilarious. The terrifying thing is that a lot of people don't laugh when they see him. When he isn't treated like the joke he is, we all pay the price.

I've always disliked being treated like I'm siding with whatever problem someone's side disagrees with for not voting when there's so much information and false information thrown around it's near impossible to choose at times without guessing, and guessing is probably worse I KNOW my vote has value but that doesn't mean much if the choices are always just potential problem 1 or potential problem 2, and I'd probably be blamed for making the wrong vote too, passively or directly
