With the sad news this week that Ford will be discontinuing the Fiesta as of 2023, I thought it would be fitting to make a video using 2 of the craziest examples of this awesome little car that this game has to offer...
So in this one we are first using the Mk7 Ford Fiesta ST Rallycross in Scotland, and then heading over to a stormy Poland where we are hanging on for dear life in the Fiesta RX5 Evo 5.
Again, the ability to use these insane Rallycross cars on normal stages is thanks to the ACAT (Any Car Any Track) mod, that is available to PC players to download from Race Department.

This is insane, the fiesta and the focus are going. I wouldn’t even accept one of them going let alone both of them. Doesn’t make sense.

I know man, very sad news! They are both great cars and to think that we won’t see any more Focus RS’s or Fiesta ST’s in the future is a real shame :(

I haven’t driven one yet but I quite like the look of them. The new hybrid WRC Puma is an absolute beast as well!

Thanks dude! I am currently using the Thrustmaster T-GT 2 wheel with the Sparco R383 rally wheel mod, Thrustmaster T-LCM pedals and Thrustmaster TH8A shifter and TSS handbrake 🤝

it's sad to see these cars go idk where the wrc is going to be heading on when these cars gone First is mitsubishi lancer evo line up and now this fiesta line up? i just hope subaru and Toyota don't kill their own wrc cars fan line up like wrx sti and yaris 😢

Yeah it’s really sad, as you say it does make you worry about the future of the WRC. So many great manufacturers now no longer entering cars into it. Maybe the money just not there as much these days? 😢 I guess the future will be the hybrids from now on, which I can just about deal with as long as it doesn’t go to fully electric, deathly silent rallies 😅

Thanks mate, really appreciate it. I think it’s just force of habit for me sometimes when I do a handbrake turn to kick the clutch, don’t even realise I’m doing it most of the time 😅 And yes BMW M2 video to come in the near future :)

Really good question! I think these rally cross cars will always beat the Group B’s for initial acceleration off the line since they have so much low down torque, but I think the Quattro and 205 T16 could probably give any of them a run for their money over the course of the stage? I would think the RX cars would usually come out on top overall but I still think it would be pretty close! Potential future video idea potentially? 🤔😁

@@Storm_RX Both cars really are identical but idk if its just me but I find RX cars to have much better handling than Group B cars (might be different for you though since I play on a keyboard) so I mostly find RX cars faster.
