Robert is a FAST desert rider, I rode with him and his usual group a few times when I lived in Vegas and he was always leading the way. This was before he started his tour company, which seems to be doing very well. Awesome stuff and great footage, I miss the desert!

Desert riding is the best, and the rain makes the dirt even better! Desert riding is what we did most in Arizona, and we even have some good desert riding in eastern Washington. In Arizona, we rode mx bikes with mx-valved suspension in the desert. It worked well with the speed you often ride out in the desert.

Looks like most guys have an exhaust system but for that honda and maybe another one that doesnt, do you guys or they ever catch flak for not having a spark arrestor? I just bought a 2020 YZ250F that I want to take on trails alot as well as the track. Cant quite afford a new exhaust quite yet and also dont really want to modify the stock exhaust for a spark arrestor. But also dont want the ticket of not having one. Thought?

@@dirtbiketv1 Exactly! I explore a lot in the Mojave. I see so much destruction from illegal dirt biking: riding in designated wilderness areas, posted "keep out areas", etc. There has been so much land set aside for off-roading, but as usual, many people choose not to respect the beauty of the desert, do not think of future generations' enjoyment. Sounds like from your comments, you are part of this group.
