No need to fight or struggle every day it makes everything seem negative. Yes challenge yourself strive to achieve things and have goals. Life is suffering enough without making it more of a battle against yourself and what you 'need' to do.. Think of it as an experience happening for you rather than a fight or struggle for you to win. Take time to relax and chill out in nature, be present. Every day doesn't have to be an uphill war and you don't always have to be working your ass off.

@@AbsoluteMotivation that's exactly what he meant. The first day of training camp he told his players that there would be no motivational speeches. But I think it also helps to have a team with ten future hall of fame players.

We licence 80 per cent of it and the rest we use under the fair use law but this is a tricky one. You have to be creative. 90 per cent of channels are not creative and just trying to make money. Don't forget. Creativity is key.
